Thanks Benzo! Yes I have about 3 Homestead records! They are ether Crown or ARC Plaza issues, And I might add the quality is pretty good! I LOVE this Kaufman thought folks would get a kick out of ol' Irving Kaufman giving His pipes a turn at a good croon!

This lovely, delicate and romantic melody is a stunning discovery in Irving Kaufman's version here. In almost all of Irving's recordings I've heard so far, catchy up-tempo songs seemed to fit his singing style better than ballads, but here he blew me away, proving me wrong! Indeed, this tender song fits him like a glove and he's offering us a glorious performance of it. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank You so much! I sure would have loved to hear Irving sing a lot more records like this, I love his "fun" 1920's up tempo records, but it would be interesting to here his renditions of the "croon" ballads as well!!

Thanks! It is like the Twilight Zone, I have a couple more Homestead records, they were pressed by ARC - Plaza and Crown! Very neat label - and scarce!
