  • In this video, Jon Faulkner of Firearms Depot and Sam Houston (Warrior Poet Society, Greenline Tactical), address a common question they receive about their belt setups when they attend classes, train, and teach. They dive into their belt configurations, discussing topics such as belt construction, inner belts, and hybrid options. They also discuss their holster choices, medical kits, and various accessories. The primary aim is to offer you a better understanding of how each optimizes his belt setup for different purposes, whether it's for teaching or more tactical scenarios. Last month I traded my Blue Alpha war belt for new Kore belt and its def an upgrade. I had tried the Kore on at Shot Show and wanted to get some adjustability so when I change out my load and can fix the size and the Kore does that far better.

You've got to check out Edgar Sherman Design's Swivlah if you want a leg strap that won't inhibit mobility. It's awesome, cheap, and genius!

The Bison belt isn't load rated. At least the last time I checked.

Safariland doesn’t believe civilians should be able to own any type of bodyarmor.
Screw them I went with Comptac level 3 holster and it’s a faster draw anyway than Safariland.

I run a Kore battle belt its better than ALL those cobra belts cause mine adjusts to my exact size with touch of a button and it can carry anything. Those belts are nothin new or innovative.

I wonder if that’s why there are so many different manufacturers that make the belts….. you know, for all the different preferences of different people… they may be on to something…
I personally don’t like the Kore Belt. Doesn’t mean it should be taken off the market.
I prefer the Ronin belt, which I haven’t had a lick of an issue of keeping it to my “exact size”, but that doesn’t mean I think you should have it too. Different strokes for different folks bro.
