When I saw them live this song was so epic hearing the crowd singing back was so moving it was like a spiritual experience
Going to a ritual is a life changing experience. There simply is nothing like it. Hope you got your tickets for the upcoming USA tour. Per is such an amazing live guitarist and nails every solo. Chris Catalyst is his perfect match on Rhythm guitar. Cosmo bass is like thunder. Hayden Scott has really grown as a drummer and Justin adds the extras were it needed. And then the three beautiful women Laura, Mad Gallica and Sophie. Playing keyboard and singing back up vocals. It's just amazing 😍
I am taking a new convert to their first show this round. I cannot wait to see the joy on their face.
Hey could you not unmask the ghouls please. Some people like to not know who is behind the masks. Or put a warning at least
Tobias does the anti-pope getup for like 2 songs. His newest incarnation of it is so cool. He does quite a lot dress changes throughout the show.

I’ve watched quite a few of your Ghost reaction videos now, they’re always great! Different than most reaction videos out there, yours make the viewer feel like they’re right there with you, enjoying and laughing to good music. I had a bit of a rough day today, and this video put a smile on my face. thx flame imperishable 🤘 (also your friend repeatedly saying ‘Jesus Christ’ and ‘My God’ during a ghost performance is comedic gold)
Haha, yes I needed to correct him on that! Felt a little weird as we listen to a song about Satan… glad you enjoy them! Just having a good time experiencing music as always!
As a mom to a teenager (they were 13 when they got really invested in Ghost, and they're turning 16 this November) I couldn't be happier with the way their interest in music have developed.
This opens up not only fantastic situations where we can discuss music and it's development and impact on the world, but also a fucking awesome chance to discuss organized religion and all the gruesome shit people do to each other in the name of Jesus/Baal/Lucifer/Harry Potter. Look at colonialism for example!
And! Tobias is a fucking sweetheart, but nevertheless a sweetheart on a mission.

This song live in person is out of this world. A band you should check out is cvlt ov the svn it has a beat like ghost but a darker tone. The best song is The murderer
You guys should react to Ghost-Avalanche,it is cover song,but it is completely different from all of the Ghost songs.
Well yeah, it was written by Leonard Cohen, not Tobias Forge, for a start. It's an amazing cover - one of the many great covers that Ghost has done, and also one of the many great covers that have been done of the remarkable late Mr. Cohen's music.
So good, but I liked the smaller concerts for example in Switzerland where I was even better and as Papa Emeritus, the proximity to the fans was just so cool ❤️🙏😈
So if you want to see real fire, then you have to go to a Rammstein concert 😜🔥🔥🔥💋
Same here. I was looking at tickets and the venue is a huge stadium at $70 each half a mile away from the stage…. ☹️

Tobias had to cut Hellfest short by one song because he lost his voice. Even so, they killed it that night even with his voice starting to go.

It was like over 40 degree's Celsius that's 105 in Fahrenheit in France that day. Add the mask and lightnings and it's almost boiling. Tobias is a hero just to do 17 songs.
There's probably 100s of live videos of this song, uploaded by concert attendees; which all looks the same. I suggest you watch a well produced live one, or atleast edited multicam live version by some youtubers
I’m sure this might be an unpopular comment amongst the die hard ghost fans but after Meliora the live shows just aren’t as creepy or evil which is why you would go. I’ve seen ghost live back from papa 1 up until 3.. the new iteration is kinda goofy to me.
Yeah I can see your point! Like when a black metal band transitions from underground to mainstream, it never maintains that authenticity or rawness.

Being a fan since the Infest era, their latest show is still amazing. Evil or not (and they still play this and Ritual).
I’m not in it for the evil stuff anyway, so I kind of prefer less focus on that. To me it’s all kind of silly, even the early stuff.
Right, my point was that their wasn’t fancy lights, pyrotechnics, and that chapel windows background they have in their shows since 2018-2019. When you would go to their shows it was like at most fog and lights but it was mostly dark which made it creepy and fun. Like I said this is probably an unpopular opinion because ghost fans are super loyal but I wouldn’t go see them live anymore. The whole anonymity behind the band was sick too even though a lot of people already assumed it was Tobias. The lawsuit era of ghost was kind of the end of it for me.
