I'm not taking sides on this , but the Russian ambassador does make a good point. Everyone is blaming Putin before there's even been a forensic evaluation. That isn't rational and the ambassador has the right to criticize the Wests irrational reaction to Navalny s passing . Nobody should be accusing anybody of murder without forensic evidence to support the accusation.
If Navalny's death happened in isolation, then i agree that people wait for investigation results. But Putin critics die far too often for it to be a coincidence.

A forensic evaluation when you're talking about the death of a political opponent of Putin's? If the Russian authorities declared his death as a result of a pre-existing medical condition, would you just accept it? Let's not be so naive as to apply western standards to an authoritarian regime.
