    I have this same machine, mine was made in 1995 and I have owned it since 2003. Since I first serviced it, my machine has been very capable and reliably pumps out excellent espresso and perfectly foamed milk.

      @@ozespresso For what is a relatively simple machine, I think it really performs well.. I get fantastic results from my machine day after day, week after week, year after year.. I think that 20 years of near daily use gives me a decent basis for a long term review. I have it paired with an Elektra MSC grinder, the two machines look great together and the grinder meets all my needs.
      I also roast my own coffee using a Kaffelogic NANO 7.. Roasting has been a fun dimension to add to my coffee passion.

      @@atharvabhosale3529 I was given it free, but it wasn’t working at the time.. a simple deep clean had it running perfectly.. such a great machine still to this day!

    Hello. thanks for the video.
    I just got the same machine second hand. I change the pressure meter that was in the same condition as yours! what is the mini pressure you would recommend to make a coffee?. Mine goes to 1.4 max and stop boiling and restart when pressure is +/-1.1 (mid green).
    I can see that after steaming and warming the chamber, the pressure went down but you didn't wait for the pressure to go higher. Frank

      Hello! There are a lot of information about how temperature setting on HX machines and steam pressure settings on HomeBarista.com. I would recommend flushing the group first and have the steam set to 1.2 bar. You can also go higher for better steam and then cool the group a bit more. It is not the most accurate method but it works. Hope this helps! -Y
