Why Do Women Wake Up So Dang Early?

Ep 364 - There are plenty of ways to get your exercise on when living in the Philippines. Being married to a Filipina Energizer Bunny is one way to stay motivated (batteries were not included) and if she can't motivate you to exercise, she will keep you busy. I'm not sure where my wife gets all her energy and I get tired watching her most days! She can start with a nearly 5k power walk, followed with pushups, then finish with over an hour of fast-paced Zumba. I'll do the walk, then I just look around for more coffee!
