I read in interview with the director he worked really hard to get ready for the movie. Sounds like he picked it up again and decided to do some playing during the pandemic. So it sounds from the first part they switched roles 2 weeks before the shoot. I can't imagine he had a lot of time even if they shot it last and it sounds like the shot close to chronological. Many years ago my then puppy dog jumped out of the open window when we drove through a market town (on the day of the market) and 'recovering' our doggie is still a harrowing thought all these years later, and my husband once found himself on the staircase of a church (in the car) because he was 'squeezed' between several young and eager drivers in old battered cars, plus driving on motorways was a test of Do you REALLY want to live or are you just going to give in anyway..... :)

Seriously, just watch it again and add up the mere seconds Stanley Tucci is allowed to speak vs. Colin Firth. Stephen Colbert is actually the guy who takes the most (and by far!) air time. I love all 3 guys, but am disappointed by Colbert here.
