Not true. When you’re in Chromatic mode there are 3 modes to use. Mono mode you can only play one note at a time, Poly mode won’t have the pads start at the same time and it sounds terrible, and Legato mode you can’t play multiple pads at once either.
@@AndrossUT It definitely doesn’t, have you even tried it? When you’re in Chromatic mode the notes aren’t the same speed so it sounds terrible. The higher notes will play faster and it sounds like trash. The way I did it will give you nice sounding chords. I tried every way before posting the video.
@@RussiBeats when you have chromatic mode in poly open the speed pitch menu and make sure it isn't in vinyl. The ensemble TS works in chromatic poly mode
@@AndrossUT I just tried what you said, it still sounds terrible. If you do it in Chromatic mode in Poly the chords will ring out until they are done playing too. Takes about 2 extra minutes to resample it to 12 pads so you have chords that sound good and cut each other off when the other one plays instead of doing it in Chromatic mode and having it sound awful.
Interesting as a learning purpose, but such a long process to have only three chords in just one key.. I’d rather sample the same three chords from an external source..
Opened a whole new realm on the sp for me mate thanks a lot
No problem. Glad it helped!

I appreciate you watching and commenting!
You can resample from chromatic mode to do your chords instead of insanely copying to 12 pads

Understandable, that’s definitely an easier way
