Please never think for one moment you’re droning on, I’m absolutely transfixed by your methods. My only questions would be, I’d be really interested in what you’re saying to this chap. Are you verbally encouraging him or basically do you leave him to think it through?

I have a marker which is a word and I call his name which he knows but i wouldn't call him over the ditch when he is worried by it. I do talk probablly too much sometimes which might make the marker less clear but If i really want something clear i might use a clicker but rarely with the work I do with the problem and youngsters. I don't want them to get to fixated. its quite informal and organic
