- In this video I build an off-road bumper completely from scratch, and you can to! This process should be the same for all chevy geo trackers and sidekicks alike. I really hope you guys found this to be helpful and I hope you enjoyed this DIY offroad bumper build!
These are the Clevis/Hooks I got off of amazon (Not sponsored)

I love how he uses simple tools on hand to build something amazing. That, in itself, is a valuable skill.

If get front hitch can put a winch on a removable recover and use on from the , rear, side and other vehicles. Is the best add on I do to my trucks and rigs. Many vehicles can have aftermarket factory front hitches available
nice bumper 👍🏽 , i put Jeep bumpers on my 4Dr
Awesome bumper, great workmanship man.
Holy crap dude, you’re crazy talented!
Oh wow, really? Thanks haha 😁 This was actually my first bumper build lol
Sweet! Would love to see the dimensions used.
The front bumper of my 1991 Geo Tracker started to fall off today. It’s been my daily driver for 26 years....and despite trying to keep on top of it, rust is slowly getting to it. I wish you were my neighbor - I’d love to do something like this.
Haha I'm in Florida if that helps at all lol
Me too I'm in NC,, he needs to build a few to sell,,,,I'm not able to build one,or i would,, looks 👍
How can I get ahold of you?

Need more of this.
I've got more planned it's been super rainy around here so I haven't been able to accomplish much 🥺
Copy that. Can't wait to see what you do next to this rig.
Did you ever get the dimensions video out or do you have a list of dimensions you could send me , i really like this and would like to do it myself . Awsome job!
Did you get it ?
Does anyone have these measurements? Need to build my bumpers but can't find the measurements.

Kudos for the welding chair!!!🤙🤙🤙
Unfortunately I just killed it with a peice of lumber on accident 😵
Nice this was actually weirdly fun to watch
Ayee, thanks a lot!
Nice work
Please make more tutorials on vitara stuff. It is very useful
@@jlhfabrication2382 snorkel instalation or lift kit instalation would be nice, but anything about vitara is useful for me, I've just buy my fist one. Thanks man
Anything specific you wanna see?
@@jlhfabrication2382 it would be great the distribution chain.
Is it possible to get the measurements used? In need of both front and rear bumpers.
nice video and cool bumper, i think that it could be better with a aluminium plates over it
hello, first congratulations for your great work. I am telling you from Chile and I want to make a Vitara bumper for myself, will you be able to help me with the measurements?
Great job
Thanks!
Buen video muy detallado podrías darme las medidas por favor
Is it possible to get the measurements used?
Nice build. Do you find it a pain to access the free wheel / lock knob with your build?
It's not hard to get to but it's also not super convenient. I didn't want it to be visible so I chose to hide it. Obviously you'd need to winch if you get stuck so crawling down under to reach it in the mud is less than ideal. But overall I am happy with the placement.
bro may I know the dimensions, material and thickness so I can copy it ? thanks in advance
Amazinf job youve done
What sheet’s caliber you’ve used? 14 or 12
I used 11 gauge.
What size winch? Also would you make another for sale ? Or did you ever post the dimensions?
It's the ZXR 5000 lb from harbor freight. I wouldnt mind making some more for sale but I feel like shipping or whatever would be crazy. I will be making a video with dimensions soon so you will have a better idea of how to build it!
Hi, can you tell me the odds for the bar, I want to make one too
Sorry not sure what you're asking
@@jlhfabrication2382 dimensions for the bar
Engaging/disengaging your winch spool must be a pain though.
Actually not so bad, you can see in the test at the end I can actually reach in and switch it by hand. Its not the most convenient thing in the world but it still works.
No hate but why not welding it with mig ?
I currently don't have a mig welder. It probably would have been quicker, but it's okay. Tig welds are typically stronger. I also needed practice!
Thanks for the sub by the way!
Anyone has a drowing or dimensions to this?
