Thank you for sharing. I just bought a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara. I want to add a winch. I have seen many home made bumpers with a winch. However, your solution is the first one that I saw that looks factory. I like this type of look better. Keep those videos coming....

Have you ever heard of a "free spool clutch"? It's the red knob on the end of the winch that you no longer have access to.
