Pac always goes hard on his last verse on every track. It’s like he’s trying to rally the masses feel his pain and educate the people. It’s like Nas said on his latest song “death row east” “Everything I know now, wish I knew back then Like it was only so much time left Before Makaveli the Don left…” RIP Makaveli 🙏
That last verse is such an outstanding closure to s song as well as just pure beauty in script and delivery. When people say he’s not lyrical I fall out laughing because they either never listen to him or they hate(d) him that much. He is the best ever
Hands down. Pacs greatest verse and it’s not a debate is Still I rise (Original). The way he explained his life in 1 single verse was out of this world
This album came out my freshman year in college. This track, in particular, is what made my parents start listening to tupac!! They realized "this young brother actually had something to say" . You stay doing pac justice!!✊🏿✊🏿
I'm a little suprise your parents didn't catch on to pac two year prior to this with keep ya head up one of the top three or four most inspirational songs in the history of hip hop!!!

This was his best album to me from beginning to end, it came out in 1995. It's a flawless work and was released while he was in prison. It sold over 2 million copies (double platinum) at the time. I recommend you listen to the entire album this is just the title track. Great Review bro it's nice to see someone with a genuine appreciation of his art. Rest In Peace (R.I.P.) The thing that struck me hardest with Pac, was 'the elevation of today's generation, if i could make em listen' I got that feeling. He was a spiritual guy when it all comes down to it
Fun fact, this album is considered by most fans and critics to be Pac’s best and most introspective body of work. Both lyrically and content wise. It’s also Tupac’s personal favourite! He was at his most militant. The perfect balance between his thug but also revolutionary side. It’s hard to do that without sounding preachy or hypocritical but he managed to do it. _“Me against the world is probably the closest I can get to letting everything out and selling records at the same time. It was me at my most vulnerable, telling my inner most deepest thoughts and if doing that can inspire someone else to break out the mold, I’m good. It’s still my proudest body of work but that’s why I wanted to make All Eyez On Me more of a lighter album to juxtapose that.”_
And… This wasn’t even the album he was going to release, he had to switch his whole shit cause he heard Christopher Wallace album and knew Christopher stole his style, so that’s why he switched it all up and made me against the world, all them other songs are pretty much in the R U Still down album minus a few others. @Minnie The Moocher what’s this got to do with the makaveli album? If you wanna get factual 2Pac was actually going to release makaveli album for free and it was going to be another double CD but they cut a bunch of songs after he died. But, like I said? @Minnie The Moocher if you listen to PACs vibe or his radio/phone interview can’t remember which one, he literally says himself he had to redo his whole shit after he heard Christopher’s album. It's hard to pick a favorite Pac song but this one is definitely one of his best. You still have to get to I Ain't Mad at Cha, Life Goes on, Hail Mary, and Thugz Mansion and others too. Can't wait man. Pac also has more interviews and recorded calls in jail where he revealed his plans to get all the Hip Hop artists to go to all the ghettos in America and start charities and impose rules on gang members and eventually put up enough money to elect politicians that would change things.
This song gives chills I always goose doesn't matter how many times I listen.Tupac feels that his chances for success in life are constantly up against the odds of failure, and the pressure and stress from the ghetto and the media. Although the first and second verses (the second featuring Dramacydal) speak from hopeless and pessimistic standpoints, Tupac in the last verse delivers a message of the exact opposite. By stressing that people try hard against all odds, don't settle for less, be grateful for blessings, and don't ever let society change who they are, he expresses one of his most powerful and moving messages. This part of the third verse is what makes this, in my opinion, possibly not only Tupac's greatest verse, but also the greatest rap verse of all time.

The thing i noticed is 2Pac it's the only rapper to have in every music hook a beautiful female voice , always Perfect !!!
Probably tupac's most lyrical song. His rhyme scheme and word play on this is unbelievable.
If I die tonight is his most lyrical song but this is one of his greatest songs
