= INGREDIENTS =
• Sponge
110g Unsalted Butter
50ml Oil
200g Sugar
3 Eggs
200ml Buttermilk
50ml Oil
1tbsp Red Food Color
300g Plain Flour
10g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp salt
1tsp White Vinegar
Instruction
1. Preheat the oven to 165C and prepare 3 6inch tins.
2. Mix butter, oil, and sugar until combined.
3. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
4. Mix in buttermilk, oil, vanilla, red food colour.
5. Silt dry ingredients and mix until combined.
6. Add vinegar and mix well.
7. Pour batter evenly into 3 tins.
8. Bake for 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes clean.
9. Let the cake cool completely before assembling.
Cream Cheese Filling - Whip until stiff peaks
150g Cream Cheese
150g Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Condensed Milk
Russian Buttercream
500g Unsalted Butter
330g Condensed Milk
• Eggless 2 Ingredients ...
1. Whip butter until doubled in volume.
2. Slowly add condensed milk in 3 stages and whip well in between.
3. Whip for 10 mins and the buttercream is ready.

Hi as i knw any cream if u r using whipping cream it will melt, unless u do cream cheese frosting wth icing sugar n butter😊or u can change to buttercream, more stable for hot weather

Just a question why did you use Russian buttercream to cover it?? Can't we use this cream cheese for frosting the while thing
It's totally up to you if you want to use the filling as frosting, too. It will taste amazing!😊 For me, I usually make cakes for customers and want to ensure that it holds up well, so I always frost using some type of buttercream for that added stability.
