Bit of a negative reaction to a very solid performance. You’ve got to remember a few weeks ago we didn’t know if we were going to have a team let alone be top of the league after 10 games. Parker’s done a wonderful job making us solid and you can see the goals will come. Keep the faith UTC
Chris having watched the highlights Burnley did have injuries and players who came in did well. I do agree with one of your comments “ Burnley will not survive the Premier League with this team.” UTC👍👏⚽️❤️
I would love to see Mike Tresor return shortly, and use this as an opportunity to shine, while becoming a prolific goalscorer, and also, just what we may need at that time. .
@@davidholgate123 Completely agree. He might make a couple of cameo subs at the back end of December and then he'll be off in the Jan transfer window. Stinking attitude.
We got lucky today as they missed some sitters. God knows how we're top of the league as despite the results we're still not playing very well. That side in the Prem would get battered every week.
Because it's a very poor league!... Luckily we do not have to compete with the quality the Championship had last season which was far better... At the start of this season, I thought that it might be slightly better than when we won it last time 2 seasons ago but so far, it actually looks weaker than that season and that's saying something because I thought the standard was very poor the last time we were in it... And yes, this team would get absolutely wrecked in the Premier League, totally anilated!
@@davidholgate123 Yeah it's a very weak league. In the Prem one mistake usually costs you but in the Championship players miss so many chances and that was clearly evident yesterday. I don't want us to be a yo-yo team but unless we massively improve that's exactly what we'll be.
He's got a point in what he’s saying tbh.. I don’t wanna sound negative either..but I’m dead certain if Sheffield Wed had bagged that chance in the first half and gone 1-0 up..the reactions would’ve been totally different about the result and performance.. They were pretty ineffective and couldn't take their chances while we bagged 2 goals from their mistakes.. Good Luck can sugarcoat the reality sometimes..and bad luck makes it seem even worse..
Disagree. Finishing is the difference between Premier and Championship clubs. Sheffield Wednesday don’t finish those chances because they can’t and that is the difference between them and us. We’re used to seeing the chances they created finished but it’s not happening in this league.
@@martynstevenson5391Please don't compare us to a Premier League team, we're light years off that... This team would be a disaster in the Premier League!
Fair comments Chris, we were sloppy at times, second half. Were our press helped out. Gave to many guilt edge chances away. Utc.

The chance of him playing for Burnley ever again is probably 5%, if that.

@@davidholgate123 I didn't know it was that bad?
The club are expecting him to play for us again, fwiw

I think you are being a bit too negative pal. That was a good win.
