Ingredients
4 bone in chicken thighs
All purpose seasoning
2 lemons
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tsp avocado oil
2 shallots, diced
6 cloves garlic, smashed
Chopped cilantro for garnish

So I just made this for dinner tonight & I was kind of stressed because I didn’t know the exact measurements mainly of the honey, soy sauce & chicken broth 😫 but luckily I got it down by just eyeballing it & trusting the process 😂🙌🏾 & it turned out sooo good!!!!! Will definitely be making this more often 👍🏾

that would be fantastic if you could do a recipe of the honey garlic chicken without sugar but still taste the same. Possibly using a sugar or honey substitute.

Lemon honey chicken is always an easy treat, yours looks very tasty!! I try n use skinless thighs for the most part but when I do use skin on thighs, I zest my Lemon peel and tuck it all under the skin of the chicken, then put it on broil for a couple of minutes to harden the skin n keep tht zest in place. Then turn the oven back to bake n bake the thighs while cooking the sauce on the stove. I also add a tiny bit of honey balsamic vinegar to my sauce and waaay more honey than you used, i cant help it I luv honey 😂😂. Tfs looks so good🙂!
