- In this video Granny shows you how to make a Delicious Boozy Sherry Trifle, using a traditional recipe and method that is easy and won't cost too much. It'll be ideal for any occasion or even as a treat!
Ingredients:
250 ml Whipping Cream
2 Tins of Pears in Pear Juice or syrup
2 Tins of Ambrosia Devonshire Custard
Sherry (4-6 Tablespoons per serving)
2 Packs of Swiss roll (Jam-only - not the one with cream. I used Mollys - from Tesco).

Looks delicious 👍
Oh it is. It’s one of my best desserts.
This looks very good, and something an old guy like me could whip up myself.....
Definitely and once you make it, you’ll want to make more of them.
Oh, my holy heck. Delicious! We don't have Molly's products in Oklahoma (that I've found) nor Tesco yet, but I think I can use Ladyfinger pastries and add jelly. Mmm. I'm on a roll here, making your delicious recipes. So fun! THANK YOU!
My advice is don’t use jelly. If you can find a similar type of Swiss roll, you’ll create a really nice dish. I think Walmart is the best alternative for you.
