Because of your stellar reviews I got an Atlas, but after it being broken I am being cautious. It is by FAR the hottest bat I've ever hit with. I went from hardly making it to the fence with my 2021 Meta to home runs in practice with the Atlas. I hope and pray it doesn't brake on me. Keep it up bat bros!

Confirming what I’ve known since my sophomore first picked this bat up this past school year and hit his first homerun since he was 11. Can you do some bat testing with the top bbcor bats but with 14 or 15 year olds swinging. Exit velos in the 80mph area. The bats are going to get completely different results with a slower swing of a younger player. This would help me and my son(14) and many more I'm sure when making bat decisions. Crazy thing is I've watched this video 3 times now! I have the bonesaber hybrid and the goods, it's just not close in swing weight, I think there is debate possibly even for 11 power breaking the chart. The chart is good. 24 is fantastic only 2 bats have the score. But the bonesaber I feel like yall could even debate 11 power breaking the scale. Like how many bats are yall sitting 103-105 mph exit velo with. Hitting a 112 mph exit velo is crazy. Like the goods, yall sit like 100-101, but it's hard to find that one spot like the bonesaber hybrid has that is just super hot. Is the handle something people have to adjust to yes. But wow both bats are fantastic. The icon and the bonesaber hybrid. New bats are about to drop for the new companies so it's gonna be very interesting to see where the new voodoo one, new the goods, new bats for all companies sit. I think louisville needs to find a way to make the select power a little hotter. And still keep its sweet spot and swing weight.
@jasondavenport9681 the bonesaber hybrid is pretty balance all the way across the board. The voodoo one and atlas are gonna be lighter then the bonesaber just because that's how they're designed. The bonesaber hybrid is just very well balanced, the handle helps you whip it really well. Like when the bat bros are really talking about the handle, it really makes it easier to swing. It's just an adjustment thing at first.

My son has used a 32 Atlas for the last year. Just got a 33 Bonesaber Hybrid and he feels the Bonesaber is lighter. I myself held each and the Bonesaber does feel lighter. Kinda weird. Will see how it performs tomorrow in a DH.

wish i had these bats back when I played. My senior year they game out with the first redline and it was a game changer. Not so good for me as a pitcher but I was able to crush the ball. The bats now are even hotter. I could have hit some monsters.

They're both going to be heavy. Just because these built grown men are hammering balls off a pitching machine doesn't mean the bats they get their max, 1 in a million velocities off of are the right bats for a 13 year old kid. Find a bat that you can control through the zone, work on your swing, and have fun.
Ok guys. I’ll lay out the variables and let me know what you think. Kid’s going to be a sophomore. He is still growing. Please don’t be an ass about the weight. Besides he has a cannon of an arm so… He’s 6’2 with a 6’6 wingspan. Hands measure 9.5 inches from thumb to pinky. He is only 140 pounds. Working on that currently. His swing is getting a lot better. I’m only 5’11 but weigh 220. I can swing his 33/30 Rawlings Icon but it feels just a bit heavy. He says it’s ok. No game use yet. I’m considering getting the bone saber hybrid after this review because you guys said it just feels easier to swing. He’s always been better with evenly weighted bats but his swing mechanics weren’t as good as they are now. What I was thinking about was the forgiveness of the icon. In the past he was casting a bit and catching the ball near the handle. He’s getting better after work but that lack of good muscle memory still creeps in. So I was thinking icon for that reason. Also, some coaches will tell You to choke up and protect if your behind in the count. If you get shorter on the swing and catch the handle the icon again seems like a winner for tht reason alone but he’s great with a more balanced bat. Is the bone saber hybrid forgiving enough if you catch it towards the handle? You did say a less refined batter might use the icon more. Idk. Why do you guys think? Hell maybe I’ll get them both! 😂😂😂😂 just playing. Not a chance. Forgot to add, he’s swinging the 33/30 should he creep up to the 34/31? How big of a difference was the swing weight?

I’m considering getting the bone saber hybrid after this review because you guys said it just feels easier to swing. He’s always been better with evenly weighted bats but his swing mechanics weren’t as good as they are now.
What I was thinking about was the forgiveness of the icon. In the past he was casting a bit and catching the ball near the handle. He’s getting better after work but that lack of good muscle memory still creeps in. So I was thinking icon for that reason. Also, some coaches will tell You to choke up and protect if your behind in the count. If you get shorter on the swing and catch the handle the icon again seems like a winner for tht reason alone but he’s great with a more balanced bat. Is the bone saber hybrid forgiving enough if you catch it towards the handle? You did say a less refined batter might use the icon more. Idk. Why do you guys think? Hell maybe I’ll get them both! 😂😂😂😂 just playing. Not a chance.
Forgot to add, he’s swinging the 33/30 should he creep up to the 34/31? How big of a difference was the swing weight?
