- Here's the Real-Grade 1/144 scale Sinanju! It's been highly anticipated and highly controversial upon release. This in depth review should hopefully help you get to know the kit before buying. And as in-depth as it is, there are still a few things I know I forgot to mention! ^^
Thanks as always to MindFenix Hobby Store for getting me this kit to share with you guys!

Thanks for watching!
Wow the sinaju even disentigrates just like in the movie!
best feature
REAL grade hahahaha
Well said brother
Just like in the final battle
Animation accurate
when I was new to gunpla, I deliberately bought a real grade (my first gunpla) and cut out the parts using scissors.
Ouch!
I feel you man
Oh god no
@Han Solo Damn you're a legend.
Well at least your not as bad as me. I just rip the parts of the model kit. Yeah i was stupid back then. But when i get build my 1st gunpla, i use nail clippers
Made the mistake of this being my first RG build...wow it’s a lot tougher then I thought it was going to be. The legs with waist alone took me all day.
Yours doesn't seem as floppy as Mecha Gaikotsu's... I was cringing as I saw the waist on his flop around.
Gaikotsu was moving his around a lot more, at least on-screen. Joints tend to loosen as you pose them anyway.
I'm wondering if Mecha Gaikotsu broke his as mine is just fine. I can even get him to stand by himself quite easily.
Maybe Mecha's was a lemming...
Theoreviews You mean 'lemon.' Lemmings are little furry creatures that run off of cliffs.
***** He got very frustrated with it, yeah. I've never seen that before from him.
TUCKER: Bow chicka-wow-wow?
+Ben N (BNuts) eh you get my point
The advantage to the stickers on the HG is that if you paint it (which you really should) is that you can use them as masks to paint the gold.
Ie.
1) Paint the part black/semi-gloss black
2) Apply the sticker
3) Paint the un-masked portions gloss
4) Apply your favoured metallic gold
5) Remove mask and et voila no messy reverse washing required.
I feel this RG is a display piece, and the HG is much more of a demonstration piece.
Arguably, the gold inlay is utterly awesome, the image given here is 100 percent.
I have put PS cement in the toes, knees, cuffs and done a coat on the neck ball to improve the seating of the head.
I'm not disappointed at all with the Sinanju. I simply acknowledge that it does require a few extra touches that only the plamodeller can do.
so you've literally given no reason to buy the RG

Zach your reviews are truly the best!
Yeah
Thanks! ^^
In my opinion, this seems to be the only RG kit out there that looks really good even without the decals on.
I'm actually contemplating if I want to put them on or not, and this is the first kit I've ever considered not doing it for.(RG, MG, HG ect)
ya, I usually decal all my RGs and MGs too, otherwise they'll look a little bland without them
I actually added extra markings/decals on my MG unicorn gundam because I found the white to be a bit to over powering.
that's because the Sinanju already has very strong aesthetics to begin with. Finding the right thing to do to enhance the look is difficult.
I watched this review while playing with my MG Sinanju. I think I'm happy with what I have right now.
I've been waiting for the review of this kit and sure some already have released theirs but for me the one to watch is yours buddy. Keep it awesome Zach!
Thanks dude. Hope it was helpful!
In the end, it all comes down to one question: What would you rather have? A real grade version with less foil stickers and bad build quality? Or a high grade version with better build quality but more foil stickers?
I'd rather have the hg and take a chance painting with acrylic. Easy to clean up mistakes.
You are the best reviewer I ever seen on UA-cam! Thank you for all these high quality video.
Thanks! And you're welcome!
Zack, Mad respect and appreciation for how fast you snap these kits and share these reviews with us! Checking your channel has become a daily event for me and I always look forward to your videos. The RG Sinanju certainly looks good, however for those of us with the HG and MG there doesn't seem much to gain. Thanks for the thoughtful review
You're welcome man! Thanks for appreciating the effort!
Thank you , Mr Zaku for your review. I like how you shot it. It shows the appeal of the kit really well.
You're welcome!
this is why reviews are important! i was super jazzed about this kit but i'll definitely be going for the HG instead and just do some painting. Great review as always though.
you should read Syd's review over at Gaijin Gunpla. this kit isn't nearly as bad as alot of the reviews are making it out to be. www.gaijin-gunpla.com/2016/08/rg-sinanju-review-92-9/
I like Syd but he has always been an RG fanboy.
oswell
not really.
oswell watch ur ass
I was planning on buying this without looking at any online reviews, but luckily the shop owner recommended the rg unicorn instead.
I've been looking forward to this one! Amazing job!
CONGRATULATIONS! Zach! Over 25,000 subscribers!! Amazing job!
Thanks again! ^^
I look forward to painting this blue and call it the Barnanju.
Just thought I'd share. I was able to fix the problem with the loose torso by cutting off some of the nubs found inside it that kinda block the waist peg from plugging in perfectly with the torso. Been shaking my RG Sinanju around and it really helped to make the kit more solid. A bit of nail polish and I think it would be perfect.
i've been meaning to get a sinanju mode for a while so when i heard there was going to be an rg version i got pretty excited but after its all said and done i think i'm better off with a mg version :/
They should make an MG that has actual gold parts
i am planning to buy this kit the RG only.i hope i will not lose my temper buolding this kit.i really want it.😁
Not surprised with the comparison with the HG, the HGUC Sinanju its one of the best HG kits to date.
It still looks great! I'm curious is to why they don't make a perfect grade of the sinanju and sazabi.
Them bois too big, that’s why
Also Bandai hates our monoeye boys so don’t expect a PG zeon kit for a while.
@@bahamut_the_warriora perfect grade sazabi would be the size of a 3 year old lmao
I'm a gunpla noob but I have to say that IMO the RG looks better than the HG. It was cool to see the comparison though! I have a small collection I'm working on building up so I had not seen the HG before. The gloss plastic and the gold plated parts versus stickers works better though I think. The kit is a pain as far as posing and pieces falling off. I'm planning on eventually gluing some of those troublesome parts down.
Hilariously enough this was my first kit, I got it as a gift. Although if I had known what it was like, yeah, I would not have picked it as my first kit. To add to the horror I didn't even own nippers, so I took this thing off the runners entirely with a hobby knife. Not a good idea but it all worked out fortunately.
I pre-ordered that kit as soon as it was available on hlj.com and I'm currently building it right now. I've done half of the kit and I didn't experience ANY problems that most people are complaining about. I just don't get it. Mine is solid and the joints are really good. I'll see when it's done, but so far I think most people didn't build that kit properly. Also, a lot of folks seem to forget that an RG isn't a toy, especially the Zeta and the Sinanju. It has to be poseable sure, but it's a highly detailed 1/144 model kit with an inner frame so what do you expect? That Sinanju is a VERY pretty model. Just take your time to build it and understand that it's a display piece and you won't run into so much problems.
Mine was super solid half-way through as well cause the legs are for the most part solid and I imagine you probably haven't tried posing them yet. I've seen other people making the same argument. When you're done and try posing it you will have parts easily falling off if you don't glue them, I guarantee it. It's all pretty easily fixed with glue or paint.
It is a little sad that some parts need glue, but thankfully it can easily be fixed. I've read some pretty harsh reviews for that Sinanju and I truly believe that it doesn't deserves all the hate. Unfortunately though, it's a display piece and it's the kind of kit you pose once and leave alone. There's nothing wrong with that in my opinion, those kits aren't supposed to be toys anyway.
I totally agree, and I think I portrayed it in that way. Yeah, some reviews were too harsh, but others definitely went in the opposite direction as well. I agree that kits are only meant to be posed a couple times maximum and that's why I don't pose them before I do my reviews because I want people to see that experience. In this case, even in the first few times posing it, a lot of stuff was falling off and it had weight issues etc. Mostly all easily fixed, yes. Display kit that looks nice and shiny, yes. Not a toy, yes of course. It's a hard kit to review, let's just say that! lol
As I move mine I realize how fragile it is. It's not as bad as some people say, but it is definitely fragile. This kit is a hate it or love it kind of deal. Great job on reviewing it though because unlike 80% of reviewers you kept in mind all the good things and bad things and mentioned both. That kit is not all bad after all.
Oliver's World I found it at toys r us
Really good review... very honest in spite of all the hype on internet... and I loved the comparison with the HG. Thanks ZacH, hahaha!
You're welcome man!
Thanks for the review. Your seems one of the most unbiased one out there for now. You noted the deficiencies of the kit without going into a rage and frustrating yourself or the viewer in the process (apparently that's cool to do now). Also you generally seem to handle the kits as a person who understands that these are KITS and not action figures. On the other spectrum Syd from HLJ has a little too much love for the Sinanju and his take on it is maybe a tad bit too much forgiving. Which in the end is understandable also given his work.
I've decided to go ahead and buy this one and give a try myself. Seems some of the issues could be reduced by careful building and using glue where possible.
Out of the additional hand options that Bandai sells for 1/144 kits are any of those suitable for this kit? Or would they end up being too small? I know some have different hand sizes.
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate you taking the time to type that out! Yeah, I love the Sinanju, too, but it doesn't change the fact that I had aspects of the kit I felt badly about.
Anyway, you'll enjoy the kit, a bit of glue will help a lot. I don't glue kits for review because I intend to paint them eventually.
As for hands, the newly released Jigen Knuckles (round) don't quite have the right size. Large is too big, Medium too small. I haven't tried HG Builders Parts hands but those might be the best options if you wanted more hand options.
No problem, I think feedback is important for everyone who produces content. Just glad you didn't sugarcoat it or go with the whole shock factor/ hype train derailed point of views.
I've been meaning to get all the builder parts hands available to have in my stash for future projects. Might be a good time to get them along with this kit. Hopefully some will be a similar size and shape. Bandai's decision to not include more hand sizes that fit the size of the kit is pretty crappy. At least give us fully closed fists...:/
+ayaxro lol, you can get closed fists in the P-Bandai set! The HG Builders Parts hands are nice. I had a set of 1/144 Zeon type and I used one set of hands (they come with two sets). Then I accidentally ordered another one! So now I have three sets of those same hands! Haha
For the nubs, I think you can file the nubs down quite a bit, then go on it with a hobby knife later. This way you won't stress the plastic too much when you use the knife.
Nice review Zac, comparison between the RG and HG version ( visually, side-by-side, articulations, and experience on building both kit ) is what makes your review more recommendable to watch than others. That's why I really watch your videos.
Thanks bro.
you should read Syd's review of this kit over on Gaijin Gunpla. he rushed through his first build and experienced alot of the problems that have been reported about this kit. so what he did is he bought a second kit to build and he rebuilt his first kit just so he could confirm if it was the kit causing some of those problems or him rushing through the build and not taking enough care with it. turns out alot of the problems were just because he rushed the build. www.gaijin-gunpla.com/2016/08/rg-sinanju-review-92-9/
Jango The Blue Fox I don't think so
i have 2 rg sinanju and I build it in a majority of 3 weeks........yet all of the parts fall off, i build the kit nice and slow with all the tools and gracefulness and alertness for this kit because I know its quite troublesome than the RG zeta gundam when talking about inner frame gimmicks but man! Even if I build a 3rd one all of the biggest flaws is unavoidable! Hell i can't even make them stand straight even with the glue and all! My HGUC sazabi which is released in 2008 and a pretty old kit.....still can stand tall, no lose parts, can pose even with its bulk and heavy plastic.....and a 100% much better than this flop a real grade and I build atleast 6 RGs and they can stand pose and not lose parts and still has the strenghts despite.being posed/played so much, I have to tell you man majority of the builders even zaku here doesn't liked the kit its the worst kit of the previous year and i still can't believe RG amatsu mina is much better than THIS.
When you use the stickers it still look the same
also that sticker are for the side skirt..you can look in the manual at page 8 when you attach the booster (the silver part)
Am I the only one who thinks that the Sinanju is one of the few designs that actually looks great with any color scheme?
Also, should I just use my HG that came with my neo zeong for custom painting?
I agree
I agree! As opposed to the Unicorn that doesn't always look good in custom colors, rarely in fact, the Sinanju is very versatile!
Totally agree. To be honest the thing that I don't like about the Sinanju is the Sleeves (All Sleeves MS) Don't hate me but for this but I know its their signature on their suits but I would rather have it as this Red suit minus the sleeves deco. But still an awesome design.
How about Pink and green?
Eh, the sleeve designs can be a bit much on many of them (coincidentally the Zssa has the simplest sleeve design and lacks a chest emblem). Sure as hell beats the random/useless spoilers on the Gundam Age units though.
If you want a glossy HG Sinanju there's always the HG Titanium version. It's about the same price as the RG, I just recently built it, it's little easier to get rid of the nub marks off of it.
i love to have those unused decals to use it for my hg sinanju. great review btw. looking forward on seeing you here in the philippines soon!
I love two tone colors on kits, and seeing as this has a slight variation in red, I was wondering... would painting this kit improve the stability? I want to paint the silver parts bright silver, and do two different metallic reds for the red parts. Id also flat coat the black and do a semigloss gunmetal for the inner frame parts. Would you recommend this kit for that or should I stick to the hg?
I really want to get this kit, even though it has a lot of issues. Especially now that the unicorn and the banshee is available it'd be cool to get the three. But man the issues with the kit is a lot, hopefully we could get a remake of this rg kit
Is there a way to fix the floppy waist? Like if the joint gets covered in a layer of topcoat or primer?
Hey Zaks hearing you review about sinanju inner frame being combination of rg frame combined with frame runner part's just may be way of Bandai testing water's sort speak so down road when they decide to make a rg gundam unicorn kit various other bigger ms design's cause i've built rx 78, exia and astray mg their nice kit's but they very small mg's so maybe Bandai want to do bigger rg what your thought's?
I'm sure if they ever decide to do an RG Unicorn it will be very messy, but will use a totally new frame most likely. As for future large sized mobile suits, who knows. I could see them re-using this frame again to make a Nu or something possibly.
I wouldn't mind seeing rg nu gundam i've built the mg and it's okay not great just okay.
i dont really like RG,they were great, really nice kit...like the name, they give REAL trouble when assembling them...but your review is always the best...keep it up zach...i always looking up for your review before buy a kit...peace from indonesia...
because rg is really best some ofthem better than mg
Mat SukaZe yeah, that was right that RG kit is the best...but i got personal problem with that...i got 2 RG, exia and Wing EW,but none of them was right...but i want to try granddaddy rx 78 2 maybe and wing zero...or strike...
oh... maybe ur build them wrong this 2 of rg are very nice especially exia
use cement ffs
Thanks for not being overwhelmingly positive as other reviewers have been about this kit. Its great to see an honest appraisal of the rg Sinanju.
How to pose this: disassemble all of those knees, shoudlers.... pose it, reassemble it, i wonder if i increased the friction between the connection, the part would stay attached
Yep pretty much. I posed all the limbs how I wanted the carefully re-attached the parts! Lol
+ZakuAurelius Thanks for the review, I probably still going to get this one, I always enjoy a good building process
I stumbled upon a store selling gunplas while we were out doing groceries I picked up an hg rx 78-2 the orgins and was excited since it was my first granddaddy gunpla. Then rembered I had extra gift checks so I rushed back and saw the rg sinaju and rembered how in love i was with it when I saw it on the anime so I bought it. It's my first rg i've only built hg's ,sd's and 1 mg proto zero. Looks like the sinaju will have to stay in its box until i'm confident with my skills. lmao. should have grabbed the rg rx 78-2 or strike freedom instead. (or watched reviews before picking up a kit. )
So I just won this kit in a giveaway, so should I start off with this one or wait till I make another rg?
zack.. have u tried roughen up the head ball joint to increase the friction?
Not yet, but I'm sure you could do so.
i haven't tried on rg sinanju yet.. mine is still otw but i've tried on other HGs and MGs and it works for me. the trick is to roughen bit by bit perpendicular to joint movement. in the case of sinanju's head, that would be perpendicular to the direction of the head being taken off
Which one would be better, this RG or the Bandai Spirits? I know one is a figure and the other is a model, but I would like to know some comparison.
Makes you wonder if buying this and the high grade to stitch out the gold parts, thrusters, and back pack if you would get a better kit.
if bandai will make RG Unicorn (which I know everyone is already anticipating)...I can already see a disaster in transforming it...nice review btw^^
I'm from the future, and the RG Unicorn is SPECTACULAR, it's the kit that rivals them all!
I have the HG few years back and it's one of my favorite HG kit, looks great and solid. I don't think I need another 1/144 Sinanju.....I built 3 RG zeta's and I know the problem with the RG kits in general and TBH I don't want to deal with the problems that this kit has........
Might spend some extra money on the MG Sinanju, it will look good with my MG Sinanju Stein :)
Yup, I refer Sinanju Stein better, weird isn't it?
I'm Federation guy after all :P
I would certainly choose the HG over the RG. Now to wait for a sale.
Isn't Stein the Fed unit before NZ stole one to be FF's Sinanju?
風間 翔 Yup
should i buy rg or hg
bcuz my area dealer said hg shinanju take 6 month for reproduction back
best gunpla reviewer
Great review!😁 But after watching, I fear for my mg sinanju ver ka titanium finish. I found a good deal, for the beast. Do you know if mark setter and softer corrode the titanium finish away? Thx in advance.
Shouldn't have any problems with that.
I agree about the gloss making nub removal very difficult but grab some buffing/polishing sticks (i use Flory Models) as you can buff the plastic back to almost as good as finish.
My biggest complaints are the 'toes' keep falling off and the 'silver' parts are just an awful colour.
The markings require extreme care in locating them so they are symmetrical but set the kit off well.
Zaku, would topcoating the RG frame before assembly help in tightening the joints?
Spraycan topcoat might be too much. Airbrush topcoat may help cause it wouldn't be as thick
May i know what type of action base are you using ? 😀😀
What action base are you using? and where can buy that?
Kotobukiya Flying Base R. Google.
anyone has problems with the action base connector being very loose to the kit or am I using it wrong?
the Sinanju is the Ferrari of the Universal century

Change my mind
seriously tho... the colours are all there, three times faster than your average mobile suit, definitely a luxury veichle, that hot fire red like burning blood filling you with passion (or red like marinara sauce, its italian after all) and those _curves..._
all its missing is a horse emblem on the chest and it would be perfect.
Honestly the HG can look better. Just paint in the minor details then gloss it up with a decent topcoat and bam. The sexy look of the RG with a strong stability.
ugh they need to make a RG unicorn soon or i am going to cry what is my sinanju supposed to fight on my display case a jegan?
god bless you with all the moving parts. Unless they make it like HG with 2 versions, I don't see RG Unicorn any time soon in the future.
wel, it's here now :v
Hey... Jegans are nice, it could work if you buy like 3 of them
Great review as always, I was wondering you said in Japan you can get leftover parts in some stores, do you know if there's any page that does the same thing?
Not that I know of
+ZakuAurelius thanks for the info.
What is your opinion if i topcoat this kit with top coat gloss?
What is the best RG so far?
MK2? RX-78? Zaku2? Freedom or Justice?
I still like the Mk-II, but the Astray is also really nice.
Will keepthath in mind tnx.
sazabi tbh
the waist connection on mine is weak so it falls apart easily, i feel bad because my friend over paid by 20$ at a convention for it
Im gonna buy the white one an rg as well and its gonna be my first rg as well cuz i love that kit
@ZakuAurelius How did you get your kit so secure, in other reviews I have seen of this kit is extremely floppy and easily falls apart.
I don't move it at all before the review. Realistically you will only want to pose a model kit a few times. They aren't meant to be posed again and again and handled excessively.
ZakuAurelius I see, thanks. And great review. :)
how many problems on this kit can be solved by cement or bluetack?
Most of the parts that fall off (of my kit) can be fixed easily with a bit of glue.
Wonder if you can do a quick fix video on this RG Sinanju....
Pretty simple, just glue the parts that fall off!
+ZakuAurelius Okay thanks, really appreciate all your reviews
interesting review Zack. I think this is probably the best looking rg so far, but also the one that bandai tried something new on such a small scale which makes it flimsy at certain points. Odds are if they did this on a new MG version it would work very well. The finish on the kit looks very good but just like all high gloss/ titanium finish you can't cleaned them up all the way, which is a double edge sword. I feel like this kit got a lot of bad reviews and people are just jumping on the bandwagon and assume it's bad from the get go. Thank you again for the review and take care.
what action base was used for this rg? :)
I'm very torn, i want to get a 1/144 sinanju, but i honestly don't which to get.
so out of the three the Hg Rg and Mg which is the best version?
I prefer the MG
Here's the Real-Grade 1/144 scale MSN-06 Sinanju! It's been highly anticipated and highly controversial upon release. This in depth review should hopefully help you get to know the kit before buying. And as in-depth as it is, there are still a few things they know he forgot to mention! ^^
Just starting on gunpla this is my first RG yes its true someparts are falling ofg
I wonder if you could do the sinanju weiss on this kit?
I don't see why not. It's just a matter of scratch building those new weapons
I bought this one last week and I agree with this review goddamn the head, wrist and shoulders....
it's frustrating when you're trying to pose it. But it still looks good when you're done hey
I will have to try getting my hands on this sometime. Curiosity got the better of me. Gundam Holic gave it a pretty high score. Of course I do not understand korean. So I just wanna try and figure out why. If builders are having parts and head flying down the road. May be it is fate that I built the Revive Hyaku Shiki first, lol. I actually wanted to tackle the RG Sinanju first. Order just got reversed. I was curious about the way they did arm beam saber gimmick. Since I've seen it added to a HG Sinanju before in a hobby magazine for the GPB-D comic. It looks very close to it from what I've seen of this kit here.
I haven't seen Gunpma Holic's review, but they are often very forgiving of issues. I'm not sure exactly why, but for whatever reason. They're reviews are good for just having a look at kits right away though.
ZakuAurelius Oh I did not know that. I check out that channel every now and then.
good job ‼
black back
3D red シナンジュ
I wonder if we will get a Sinanju Stein RG
No, will probably NOT be P-Bandai. It would be more than 90% totally new kit. If Bandai makes it they will give it a standard release, like the Wing RG kits (which had much less new parts).
Better option is release it on HGUC lineup, even it's a P-Bandai. more cheaper than release it on RG linup i think
This thing looks Gorgeous!!...this is not a toy........just fix the weaknesses with some glue...i'm looking forward to buy it!
Yep! You'll be fine!
Not easy man.
I have this kit and it looks like I'll be painting it
I ended up finding this for the same price as the HG, so I picked it up immediately, especially since the HG Sazabi was a little bit disappointing and made me less inclined to try the HG sinanju
The HG Sinanju came out years later after the Sazabi if I remember correctly, so I'm sure it's a better kit.
thanks ZA for this review
What stand do you use?
what rg gundams are beginers friendly
(sorry i can't speak english)
Buy a destiny kit
Jovano Dion Manuel if you want to build an RG, then the RX-78-2 Gundam would be nice to start with. It is the very first RG afterall.
rg build strike xD
I wonder if an RG Sinanju Stein would have some of these problems alleviated due to being a less complex design.
That would be a 90% new kit, armor and weapons are totally different. So it probably wouldn't be a P-Bandai kit. If we get one at all.
You just use hobby knife to remove nubs on this kit?
I do it most of the time unless it's an exploded nub. Helps a lot. Just got to be careful to align your cuts right so you don't strip the plastic.
Yeah most of the time I do, and use sanding sticks or sand paper when I need to (especially before painting). But for this kit, as I said, if you want to preserve the gloss finish then sanding is impossible.
Will you be doing a review on a mg sinanju?
as im a sucker for rgs i cant wait for this. as i diorama and fix glue pose all my kits the negatives dont really effect me. cant wait to get my hands on this
Sigh... Was making the RG Strike Freedom as I watched this review. The only time I can't wait for reviews and pull the trigger, the kit turns out like this. Such bad luck, much wow! :-P
On the plus side, when my kit arrives, I can let people know if it is fully compatible with the Neo Zeong or is it a massive headache you don't ever want to be part of... Q__Q
the RG Sinanju isn't nearly as bad as it's been made out to be. read Syd's review at Gaijin Gunpla. www.gaijin-gunpla.com/2016/08/rg-sinanju-review-92-9/
also this kit sadly wont work with the Neo Zeong. the action base connector in the Neo Zeong prevents the RG from sitting inside properly. www.dalong.net/review/hg/h181/p/h181_32.jpg ua-cam.com/video/g9cRKvfWjNY/v-deo.html
Someone already tried to put it in the Neo Zeong, it doesn't fit.
Link?
Md. Rafiuzzaman Bokhari
I already provided it.
Link to Sid's review? Unless I totally missed it when I read it, he doesn't talk about compatibility with docking with the HG Neo Zeong OOB.
I'm still very excited and optimistic about this kit. I'm pretty sure with some TLC this will be an amazing gunpla. I'll probably end up poly-cementing the parts that like to fall off and try to tighten up any of the lose joints. I think the only things I'll change are the yellow to gold and maybe add some metallic blue to the boosters.
I'm buying the HG.
I feel like I should just superglue the entire torso section.Putting so much weight on such a tiny peg that is also attached to an ab crunch system makes it impossible to withstand more than a few poses before loosening.
John Cole superglued mine and it stood well after that :))
I remember seeing promo pics of a new RG frame with metal parts and assumed it'd be used for this but I guess not. I wonder now if those pics wee legit or if another RG is using it!?
Yeah I remember that as well. Don't know. Maybe that will go into the Build Strike?
The under arm amour on mine doesn't wanna stay on anybody get an idea why?
Thanks for the review Zaks even those this kit has some problem's that no big deal for me i really don't pose my kit's at all.
Then you'll be fine! But as I said, don't plan on being able to have this guy just standing on your shelf without a base.
i've gotten the delta plus to stand just fine on my shelf by pushing in it feet of transformation part to get to stand and that kit was a struggle sinanju shouldn't be a problem.
Incoming P-Bandai Sinanju Stein!
Also good luck to me when my kit arrives. I'd better be extra careful in assembling this since it's my first Zeon RG.
Not likely bro, Sinanju Stein would be like 90% totally new mold. Armor and weapons are all different.
I managed to fix every loose part using tamiya cement and latex glue. The latex glue does not damage the glossy plastic finish. And now my sinanju can easily stand without using any stand side by side with the hguc sinanju stein
The High Grade seems like the better purchase, am I right?
Personally I prefer the HG, yeah.
I am pretty new to gundam builds, but couldn't you buy both and end up using the shinier parts on the HG?
Yes, assuming that just from the similar size. Dumb I know.
Kanzu not a dumb question dont worry.
HG and RG might be the same size but the parts and the connectors differ alot from each other. Although you can use the armor parts of the RG but with modifications
I think this is one of those things if you want a really nice looking kit to have set up next to the unicorn then get this guy, if you want a sinanju to pose and play with get the HG
All that said you could get both and have one to display and one to play with.
Think we'll ever see an RG Stein? Probably not since the HG's are so good.
