👩🍳 ABOUT ME:
Hello, I'm Nin! I upload Thai food cooking video recipes every Monday. I try as much as I can to explain things very easily and make it simple to follow for everyone. Because Thai cooking might seem scary for some, but it's actually so easy! I am by no means a Chef, but food and cooking have always been a very important part of my life. When I was a kid, my parents were owning a street food stall in Bangkok, Thailand. And right after school, I was always running there to help them cooking yummy Thai street food, and serving the customers. I have also learned a lot with my grand mum, who taught me how to cook traditional Thai food since ... well, since forever I believe! And now, I've decided to share my knowledge with you through my Thai food cooking videos! 😊
On this channel, you will find a lot of authentic Thai food such as pad kra pao (Thai fried basil), khao soi (Chiang Mai noodles), khao pad (Thai fried rice), Thai curry recipes, Thai dessert recipes, and much more!

Thanks nin
Thank you too for watching 🙏
My favourite, I eat that every day in hua hin, so tasty and spicy, especially when you sprinkle the chilli flakes on top as well
try with crispy dried chili and you will love it even more! 🔥
Have a great day!
Delicious 😋
Cooked this today. Received 5 stars ⭐️ from my family. Thanks 🙏 sis
Thank you 😊
Mon Rafu! J’ai bien l’impression que tu te régales 😅 Bravo Nin ça donne toujours aussi faim
Je ne me plains pas... 😄
uhhh I like that!
me too! 😎
What lense is cy using for this? The bokeh is nice
The bo-what ? 😅 He just explained me, as I'm very noob with that kind of stuff. He is filming with a 5D Mark II and a cheap lens actually, the Canon 28-105 / 3.5-4.5. I'm just typing what he says and I don't understand nothing of what I'm actually writing lol
Nin is Cooking haha 😂 don’t worry helmi too but i educate her all the time! 🤣
Nice Video, looks tasty and made me laugh
Thank you 😊🙏Then it makes me double happy!
Looks delicious. Probably a safe choice for those not familiar with strong Thai flavours and it would still taste good with no chilli or maybe just alittle. As for me I prefer strong and bold flavours but of course I can enjoy this
Thank you Tim 🙏 Yes indeed it's an easy dish for people not used to Thai flavors like you said. 😊
Lol....funny
Looks like a good recipe but was also fun video😊🤣
Glad you enjoyed it 😋
yummmmoiii
oh yes ~ it is! 😍🙏
looks beautiful what chilli paste do you use?
Thank you very much 😊🙏
For chili paste, I use Mae Pranom paste: www.maepranom.com/
Love your lipstick! 😍 What's the shade?
Thank you Sanjana I use Nyx lingerie Exotic 😊😍
Nice recipe.Of I just season the chicken with a bit of golden mountain, some thin soy sauce, and some tapioca starch and just stir fry it. This is like the thai cousin of the Chinese (sichuan) kung pao chicken.
Trsnslate to spanish.. Please.. Se ve rico.. Felicitaciones.. Congratulations .. FROM Ecuador.
Gracias. Unfortunately I cannot speak Spanish at all 😕
De tout cœur avec toi Cyril…hic hic hic
Hi Nin...what's the difference between the soy and soybean sauce you use here?
Hello! 😊 soy sauce is less strong flavor than the soybean sauce (because the one I used is seasoning sauce)
If I only have dark chinese soy sause, can I use that if I add less sugar and maybe put more/less salt?
Yes! I think that's not a bad idea at all, just don't add too much black soy sauce because it can make the food have a quite too dark color 😊✨
@@NinisCooking Thanks for the reply :) Aslong as iy tastes good it don't matter if it's black or white like micheal jackson, rainbow color is ok even. I will make the food tomorow and I will tell you how it turned out, black or not :D
@@emilf7150 you can post it on Instagram and tag me if you want (@niniscooking) 😊
Hi Nin..what soya bean sauce u use?sweet or salty soya bean sauce
Hi Parvinder, I use regular soy bean sauce (the salty one) for this recipe 😊
@@NinisCooking Tqvm Nin..take care@staysafe
@@parvindersingh-yv4ne You too 🙏
Non what is your favourite dessert
I really don't know. I don't like desserts much, except if it's sour. So I'd say maybe lemon sorbet, if I have to pick one ^__^
Haha, comment tu te fais mettre à l'amende Cyril 😂
Nice dish, thanks a lot ;)
Y'a plus de respect... tss tsss 😅 Et Nin te remercie pour le compliment
What brand of chili paste
it's Thai brand called "Mae Pranom"
I love chicken, I love cashews.
Possibly a silly question, does frying the chilli take out any of the heat?
I can imagine how amazing it all smells together.
Silly camera man.
Hello Thisdamnthingy! I don't think so, It still spicy but has a crispy texture. I love it 😍😍
Big fan of crispy texture.
I think deep down I knew it wouldn't change the spice level.
Still looked delicious.
Oh no! Don't burn your tongue no matter how tasty it is (it looks lush and has the warmest colors)! You know food is delicious when someone tastes it and immediately breaks into a jig^^
Plant some marigold, lavender or basil in your garden; it is said they have properties that keep the flies away.
Oh great advice for the plants, I didn't know that. I was indeed planning to grow some, but without even knowing that I could plant some to get flies away !
For me is nothing!!! 😱😨! Thats one chilli 🌶
Toujours aussi pressée d’engloutir le plat 🤣
Looks yummy. Next time your camera man must cook, and you must eat his spicy food, ok? Revenge!
Maybe he knows a nice spicy french/thai recipe.
Ahahah ! Maybe he does but spicy doesn't scare me... now I know that they eat some strange things in France, so I will not brag too loud... 😂
Gourmande…
