OATS - 1/4 CUP ( OR 2 TBSP ) - ANY OATS IS FINE
WATER - 1 CUP ( OR 250 ML )
OPTIONAL - BANANA ( HALF )
OPTIONAL - BABY FORMULA - 1 SCOOP
LUNCH - DAL (LENTIL) & PUMPKIN MASH ( FOR 8 MONTHS BABY )
INGREDIENTS:
DAL / LENTIL ( MUNG DAL OR TUR DAL ) - 1 TBSP
PUMPKIN - HALF CUP ( OR 100 GMS )
WATER - 1 CUP ( OR 250 ML )
DINNER - FISH PUREE ( FOR 8 MONTHS BABY )
INGREDIENTS:
FISH ( SALMON OR ANY LESS SMELLY FISH ) - BONELESS, SKINLESS - 100 gms

Hi, no worries :).. some babies prefer puréed foods until 12 months. You can try textured or soft cooked pieces once they start teething..

Hi :), I was mostly breastfeeding around 8 months, so gave on demand and 1 time formula milk .. if you’re breastfeeding, you can feed on demand. For formula milk, around 700ml recommended per day.

Hi, no worries.. try to feed 20-30 ml water 2 or 3 times a day to help with digestion.. also, fruits like papaya and pear will help with constipation problems..

1) wait 30-45 minutes after giving milk or formula and then feed solids
2) do not feed around sleep time or soon after waking up
3) try different recipes
