Protoss units don't bleed because they don't actually die. The flash of light you see is the emergency warp mechanism in their suits that teleports them to a medical facility when they're too wounded to fight. It's probably also why they don't employ on-field first aid, because they do not want warriors patched up and put together to lose their lives, as they've not got many lives to lose. Those who are wounded so critically they cannot survive in normal conditions get placed inside Immortals/Dragoons, if they wish to continue serving. The mechanism doesn't have a guarantee of working, since it can be destroyed, but it often does.

I think Harstem really worked hard for that one, well deserved. He seemed always ahead of Scarlett's decisions with his double prong army and also his micro was so on point. Second game was also a masterclass.

In the lore Viper are over 30 meters long and weigh a thousand tons, they also attack in swarms of hundreds.
So I guess you could argue the viper on screen represents hundreds of units.
But it’s still a little silly they can pull in a capital ship, as it’s over 3km in diameter and contains up to 50,000 Protos.

Wow, that game could not have been closer. Massive fights and almost even $$$ lost, so rarely happens, you love to see it! And the backstabs by Harstem were lovely
Harstem played that first game not like it was starcraft, or chess, but like it was poker. Pretty cool. It doesn't matter who has the better hands, but it matters who the players think has it.

Scarlett has such a unique zerg play style. When I watch these videos, its easy to turn it on then go do something while I listen for interesting things. But with Scarlett, its all so...unusual that every time I look away, something else happens to bring back my eyes.
This is probably one of the best sc2 games i have ever seen. Fantastic.

I feel scarlett hestiated to long, haven't completed watching it yet, but a more ocmmitment into removing tempests and MS at the behest of minerals.. she had during that time enoug hto rebuild ten... so the point would be to isolate and target the longest building time units.... Force out bad replenish units.. this would allow a more ocncave of brood lords to be more effective withe air severly damaged... have a few infestors for a fungal retreat path... but I think she shoudl of lept on killing tempests as tehy take al ong time ot build allowing a potential opening. COrruptors are fairly fast to build. ..lol
"Scarlett hesitated too long" I think could sum up almost every loss she's had. She tends to win when she commits instead

Harstem has been going crazy lately I'm actually really glad that protoss is winning alot more lately (I'm a fan of terran players).closer games are way more entertaining.

Scarlett surrendered because with the loss of the corrupters there just wasn't anything to check the tempests any more. They would have slowly whittled down the broodlords and then there would also be nothing to check the ground army.

from 25 minutes of game1, feeling like Scarlett is massively over-respecting the power of Revelation. *just* because he can see you doesn't mean he can beat you. It's good, I get it, but Revelation is not Anti-Armor Missile. The Archons & Immortals she sees busy elsewhere are 4 supply each not with the mothership army. From 30-40 minutes, only harstem was taking any shots!

I love seeing Protoss win, especially in such a chadtoss manner. But damn it if Scarlett didn't deserve the W in that first one! I think she tapped out way too early, and she looked to still be shaken by that loss even in the second game.
How she only had 3-4 corrupters that were gonna get wiped by the 4 tempest not to mention that massive ground army the hal still had plus she had no gas income or real mineral income unlike Hal who still had two bases he was mining off.
Like winter said, there was a line to try and base trade with queens to slow down the tempests - but I really think there was no winning that game. At the moment of the GG, there were two corrupters, both below half health and in tempest range, 13 drones, and virtually no queens. There was no AA, which means in short order there would be no mining and continuous, rapid losses for the rest of the army getting pummeled. Tempests don't have the highest dps, but they would have cleaned up what little army scarlet had long before it could clear all harstem's bases, even disregarding the fact that he would be able to warp in waves of zealots, and he had a significant ground army himself, and some bases had static defense.

It would be ridiculous if there was a unit that can just ignore ur defenses. Also Battle cruiser entered the chat after tp into your base wiping your workers and surviving against 5 anti air buildings...

yeah but they don't know how many resources other side have. we observers see and know everything but players don't necessarily have that info.
