Man I just love this channel! The content is always top notch! Kenya is so beautiful. It’s like a few minutes escape to the motherland every time I watch!
I've watched this channel. for the longest time I've borrowed several concepts and this weekend I have an appointment with an engineer I'm going to build my mum on of the best house in the village. One of the designs I've watched here
Mansa, I am glad you said don't squeeze islands into small spaces. I am more glad that Willis echoed the same sentiment. I am sure you are familiar with my comments by now on islands. I have been giving Willis a hard time on the subject matter. He oftentimes comes across as if islands are a must have in every kitchen.
I'd add tall plants at the foyer, a table like statue, and a mirror with a plant or feature wall next to it at the guest powder room. Could be stone or wallpaper. It would bring life to the house or maybe outside greenery into the house.
Mansa I don't know if you're gonna read my comment but please, tour the colonial Mansion in Kyuna. The property is amazing, worth USD $3m on more than 2 acres of land. I saw it in a video of Priter homes but I think you'll do it more justice. Thanks
As a lover of real estate and having watched home reviews from different realtors, I have realized that some homes have wardrobes without doors. Is it the next upcoming design, or is it just an optional design?
Hi guys. Do you delete some listsings off your channel? I've been looking for some houses and can't find them e.g the bungalow in Nanyuki or the ksh 130M 5 bedroom in lavington.
I think you should stop comparing the house in a current video to others you’ve viewed, e.g “ The flooring is the same as the house we saw in Lavington.” Every homeowner wants to feel like their house is unique. It may be similar to others, but that’s for the viewers to find out.
