But what I studied is for 90° 8x dia of bar , for 135° 12 x dia of bar, for 180° = 16 x dia of bar as per (clause 26.2.2.1 of IS 456)

Bro, you are pertaining to the wrong side of the bending angle. You are only correct at the first (90-deg).
