Why choosing 25+4 clearcover 25 so why get to 29

if correct method is: if 45 degree so less 1 d(dia of bar) if 90 degree ( 2 dia) 135 degree (3 dia of bar) and get hook so please i.s cod according of 12 dia of bar for get hook
