Wales Roadtrip | Jeep Wrangler - Rubicon Edition | Secret Snowdonia | 4x4 Camper (Tent Box)

We took a Jeep Wrangler - Rubicon edition camper on a road trip to Wales and some Secret Snowdonia spots for the weekend...
The Jeep has a Tent Box on top which was super comfy and sturdy, even in the high winds on the first night!
Places we visited:
01.56 (Dinworic Quarry, Anglesey Barracks)
03.15 (Secret Quarry, which is on the other side of Llanberis, has no name but is accessed from near the Siemens factory)
04.55 (old fishermans path, put these coordinates in to Google maps) 53.069678,-3.845384
07.40 (Devils Bridge)
09.13 (Elan Valley driving Roads)
10.15 (Iron Bridge Gorge)
Day 1 I picked up matt and we drove over to the base of Tryfan in Snowdonia, staying at Gwern Gof Uchaf campsite, £7 each for the night, it's a basic site but has showers and toilets and more importantly Epic views of Tr
yfan and the valley!
Day 2 we drove over to Llanberis (breakfast at Moel Siabod cafe first) to check out Dinworic Quarry, there was alot more to explore there but we didn't have much time and wanted to find a "secret quarry" nearby! we then went over to the old fishermans path along the A470 a few miles after Bets y coed... finally we drove down to the Elan valley passing over "Devils Bridge" to a campsite called (Elan Oaks camping and caravaning)
Day 3 we drove down in to the Elan Valley, had breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the driving roads along the lakes / reservoirs, there are dams you can drive across and amazing views along miles of roads! finally stopping at the iron bridge gorge on our way home!

The quarry is great, so many buildings exactly the same, we went there earlier this year and did a bit of drone fotage but it had a malfunction, so good to see yours.
In ore of the fisherman's walk, we did not come across that in our list of things to do in Wales; will defo look it up next time we are there. Thanks for the video👍

Amazing campsite I stayed there last week with my tentbox lite highly recommended, owners are very helpful and 7 per night with showers and toilets....perfect ow and not forgetting the views of tryfan 👌
