To be honest if I was a writer on a possible Red Hood and the Outlaws series I would also to make Jason Todd a character whose a badass but also one you want to route and care for. I'd keep Curran Waltes in the role but give his character a lot more to grow for however many season the series could but I'd just do three.
Well also that the system and code heroes choose to have doesn't always work cause if you put the villian away and they break out there just gnna keep killing like how many times batman has caught the joker and he's killed millions of people he shld have been killed a long time ago
They did such a good job with his character on this show. He's a snarky badass with anger issues for sure. But peel that away, and he's just a kid who's been manipulated and hurt more than he could take. Sure, this Jason isn't exactly the one we're used to. But he's still a great character in his own right.

Titans Season 3 was Absolutely Amazing. I loved Jason Todd’s Red Hood Storyline for Season Three of Titans. The Creator’s definitely payed tribute Batman Under The Red Hood. Curran Walters did a Phenomenal Performance bringing Jason Todd and The Red Hood To Live Action. I’m hoping he returns in Season 4 of Titans as The Red Hood but as an Anti Hero.

They could've just made red hood the main villain instead of scarecrow. Then next season u can build Jason to becoming sane again. It's called character development. Not a fucking marketing strategy. High props to the actor tho. Plays brilliantly as Jason and Red Hood, the writers executed it badly!!!
Red hood was never a villain. He is an anti-hero. It was poor writing by the show runners to make Red Hood look like a terrorist. He killed bad guys and controlled territory. Didn't kill innocent people.
I can imagine an alternate version of (JASON TODD) becoming the next BATMAN, after the death of (Bruce Wayne) & not only that I imagine that he decided to learn new skills; Such as learning to control his temper, along with not to panic to much during an intense situation, and more types of skills like that, and to add I imagine he uses certain types of methods to scare wrong doers that (Bruce) never tried before.
