Coming back to this series 6 years later. Makes me realize how fucking 2000IQ Jesse was, he immersed us all inside of the story he was building and we we're all fooled and invested into his bizarre "life".

Most people are being supportive, which is good. But, for any idiots out there saying he used us for money, you are wrong. Most of us did not send him money. He said not to send money or expensive items in the mail. He did however, deticate 4 years of his, and his families life to this series. He literally put blood, sweat, and tears into it. Just to make us happy. Not to mention the thousands of dollars of damage. Most shows have a hard time keeping interest with one episode a week, but he did for the most part twice a day. That is really freaking incredible. So no. He did not use us, you miserable swine. We just clicked his videos to help him create a phenomenal series.

Honestly I believed it up until the last few episodes of the series and then came the big reveal. It was like 6am GMT and I was getting ready for high school and watched the last two episodes and when the reveal came I was like "I knew it!". Very entertaining series for two whole years of my life
Honestly one of the most incredible film projects I’ve seen, watching this in real time was incredible. The time, money, dedication, immersion so much of it, is really something else.

14:00 I remember seeing this and I think this was the moment I realized how much I loved this family for keeping this series going for nearly 4 years. Not just the parents and brother, but all the extended family members who appeared in the series over that time. Really shows how loving, supportive and talented they all are in creating this masterpiece of a series. Hats off to all of them 👏👏👏

My dad passed away in February of 2019. Watching Jesse hug his dad at the end, showing that it’s all just a show and they love and care fo eachother so much made me cry.

Honestly, is something that helped you get through something bad really fake?
Personally, having grown up with a violent dad I felt the series was kind of a mockery of people who go through abuse and I thought the Jessie character was such a bloody brat, I mean my dad would try to drown me and stomp my face into the ground when I was five years old, that's only the tip or the iceberg, a lot of things I don't really want to revisit, I'm glad he's out of my life, meanwhile Jessie tries to call child protection as a grown man over a wet xbox.
But nevertheless I'm glad it helped you through an abusive relationship, I guess everyone sees it differently and I'm glad what you saw helped you cope.

I was 14 when this ended. This series had me HOOKED. Now, I am 20. This was an amazing series, and the amount of dedication was AMAZING
Not going to lie, I only started watching Jesse's videos this year but they became something that I loved to watch. I knew somewhere deep down that the series would have to end soon but now that its gone I feel like a part of my life will be different now. The psycho series was something I committed to watching every day, and those 20-60 minutes were always memorable. People complain about the feeling they have after their favourite tv show ends well this, McJuggerNuggets, was something more than that. It had a deeper plot line than any tv show Ive watched and better acting as well. I guess what im trying to say is... Thank you Jesse and the Ridgeway family you guys did amazing - you had half the youtube community fooled - I wish you the best of luck for the future and know that we will always be by your side.

It's crazy to think that the series that were to come after this that involved the "snapping" of the fingers like The Devil Inside and MVE is just beyond any storyteller. I will personally give an outstanding applause to you Jess. I'll never forget the escape this brought me when I was at my lowest.
Many videos showed how Jess (Psycho kid) wanted to make a living playing videogames and use UA-cam as a job. I had this exact moment at one point as a kid and it couldn't have hit home to my sensitive heart than anything I've experienced throughout my lifetime so far. It was my mom and my grandma. My mom despised everything about videogames and trying to make a life off of it. I had to physically show her my AdSense at the time where I had exactly $32.41 out of the $100 threshold. I cried so much through my explanation of how it could be my dream. To this day, she still has yet to give me the chance. However, her and I don't talk much anymore. Hurts my heart a little sharing this story because it's so close to me, but I can't be more thankful than to Jesse. If it were not for you, I would have never had the inspiration to start creating.

I consider many things as part of my childhood: the games that I have played as a kid, the movies I have watched, the most special and specific moments I have lived ever since the year 2000, etc. Now it's sunday, 28 of August of 2022, and I'm so glad that I found the "Psycho Series" at the time where it was almost only 2 videos yet. I followed every step of the way and I had many emotions felt for these series. The ups and downs of all this made me feel be a part of it, made me worry, feel happy, angry, sad, and many other things. Summarizing the previous idea: I believed it, and I was so glad to see this video and confirm that it was all a show by all of you guys, the Ridgway family.
To finalize, I'm happy for all that you guys have done, and I'm more happy to put the Psycho Series as a part of my childhood. Thank you McJuggerNuggets, thank YOU for everything.

Almost going to be 7 years since the series ended. I already left a comment but I really wanted to make a new one just to emphasize how AMAZING this series was. It had everything a drama needed, and it did it with basically a shoe string budget. Jesse you are a master at filmmaking, you really are. I started watching you ages ago, maybe around 2012? It was on and off though, it wasn't until 2014 when I really started being invested into your channel, which was right around when the psycho series was kicking up. Keep in mind I was like 10 or 9 in 2014, the series ended when I was around 12? So I was definitely a young viewer. It did have me believing if it was real, but then you had channels like "Is it real?" exposing you after the psycho kid gets arrested video which is when I started knowing it was fake, YET at small part of me still believed it was real....because I was seeing it happen, it was right there, and everyone made it seem so believable...Thats what amazing storytelling does, it keeps you immersed and it takes you to a different world to where everything in that world IS real.
It's now 2023, I'm going to be 20 later this year. Life moves fast, and its scary, this series reflected it perfectly. The expectations, the realities, everything was captured in this series. It really did deserve awards and praise. I can't say it enough, well done Jesse. I do hope YOU are doing great, remember not to fall under the pressure of expectations especially when it comes to being a creator. Look out for yourself, always! Keep it RiDGiD

I've been a hater the whole time. Now that I know for sure it was all entertainment and for fun I really respect Jesse. This was years and years of hard work scripting and even just coming up with this plot is crazy. You definitely deserve all the money and fame you Have gained. Everything was for the show and your fans. Even though there was sometimes that seemed a little fishy there was always that doubt like maybe this was all real. I hope that you can pursue your dreams and live a great life with no worries about money because of what you came up with early in life. I really respect you and give props to your work. 6 years later and I felt emotional watching this series end but thank you Jesse for the series, I will always remember watching the psycho series as a kid and believing it was real but after coming back seeing it, I just felt like a kid again. Thank you for everything Jesse❤

Just finished my first rewatch at 21. This series is still so genius and amazing. I appreciate it more now that I’m older and can pick out all the foreshadowing but man, being 14 and believing all of this up until the last video was a ride. I will never experience something like that ever again but thank you Jesse for this once in a lifetime phenomenon.
