Its pretty simple. If you cant do pull up with your body weight that means you dont have strength to pull that much weight. Increase your strength, do the strength training and keep practicing pull up everyday. You can start with just hanging on the bar and grow slowly everyday. Allow yourself for atleast 2 months of training

Toh strength toh chaiye he hoti hai but consistency jaruri hai aur sabse jaruri muscle and mind connection hota hai. Agar tumne soch liya ki nhi ho payega toh vo hoga he nhi. My body type is when I eat I can gain weight easily,glowing skin, definition in muscles and eating kum krte he I can lose weight. Above all I smoke and I drink too but I smoke alot. Toh muscle and mind connection banao bas.

Aisa nhi hai , pull up karne ka simple technic hai do on daily basis it will give you more strength and with in 1 or 2 month you are capable to do with light weights and look continuity will give you more power you can do with more weight
