🤔 you could ask your neighbors to see their camera footage maybe you could get an identification or a license plate that can be turned over to the police.
Should have included the footage incase someone else has enough guilt to turn them in. Do private tours like OFR.

be sure to run lots and lots of activated carbon to remove any chemicals that is still present in the water.
You need to find that psycho that poured into what ever into the tank. Unfortunately there is people that do this. I’ve heard and seen this happen many times. I would send one fish in for a autopsy to see what was poured into your tank. Can you please post your security video of the suspect and make him viral. It’s a small world out there and this person needs to be brought to justice for killing life.

He probably don't even think about testing the water to find out. He just want to save the fish and floss out the bad water as soon as possible.

if you have any of the water or parts of the fish, you may be able to get it analysed to see exactly what it was they put in. Also people who do this sort of thing are horrible

It was probably bleach something concentrated and cheap someone like this isnt gonna make the effort to go fancy.

Wow! That’s terrible. I am so sorry for your loss. I will definitely never understand how people can be so mean spirited and have a complete and total lack of respect for someone’s hard work and dedication to the health and care it took to get your fish to the immense size that they are. I just wish you were able to catch, turn in and prosecute the person that did this to the fullest extent of the law.

I'm really sorry that happened. I'm a 15 year old aquarium volunteer and my life goal is to make some sort of sustainable big fish rescue/ fish shop, so it crushes me that this happened. I hope everybody was alright

That’s very very unfortunate. I really hope that person get their just dessert, and I hope that they know why it happens to them when it comes so that they feel the pain that they caused. You really have no choice but to limit accessibility to the facility. When my wife and I drove down from Atlanta, it really made a difference in my fish keeping. Thank you for what you do. And thank you Lisa for being a great host to us.
I can't believe somebody would do that. He deserves to live in misery. Money is one thing, but a pet/family is another, you can't buy memories or the treasured moments you had with other people and pets. Everybody here would've seen those fish before, whether it be in your videos or in-person. I hope the other fish are well and wish for the best if you reopen to browsing in-store. My thoughts exactly he just wanted to freely let others enjoy his tanks also and somebody does that to him and leaves him with no other option but to restrict it fully now. At the end of the day though whoever did that has to have that pure evil deed on their conscience for life unless they come clean and accept the consequences.

Bro, this is heartbreaking, my family visited saturday, we really didn't see any other customers in their when we were there but if we can help in any way please reach out. The fish that died were display fish not for sale so they probably don't count as inventory

Also,I agree that it is not a pet store.. its more like a museum. Some of those fish/creatures, have been around for so long! Certain species are basically dinosaurs!

That does suck if somebody deliberately did that unfortunately I had a death in my tank one of the two wild caught red tail catfish that I got from you back in February triple in size and I woke up this morning it was dead but I still have a small one. I will be purchasing a couple more from you here soon.thank you for everything you do.
