The freezing issue I had too with a custom job I was trying to complete. Eventually I gave up. Not sure why it did that. Nice job though overall. I'm a huge Walking Dead fan!

yeah the freezing is frustrating for sure and i had to take breaks because it was taking so long to finish a section of the build! i totally get wanting to stop though. i just did it in small bursts and powered through 😆 i really do like the build and the concept but i wish hf2 was better optimized. thank you for watching! 😊

My guess is that that's why selling the furniture items and cleaning stains didn't lag but building or selling doors/windows caused it to bog down.

yeah that makes sense. initially i tried selling everything in hopes it would make it smoother but nah 😆

At least 1 other YTer that I watch has tried this and had the same issues even with a new beefier computer. At least you can see the pictures. It's like the game is having to reload 2 copies of the simultaneously every time you do something that affects the building directly.

yeahhh my computer is pretty decent i can typically run any game and its smooth but this one was just so massive that every minute or so it will freeze up and then the autosave function is so awful! I've tried turning it off so many times but it just continues to autosave loll what a struggle. but the build itself was really cool I just wished it wasn't difficult to get finished

thank you! 😊 sometimes i would get frustrated and wiggle the mouse when it froze and you can see the game fling around 😆😆 but it’s a really cool build so i did enjoy it other than the lag
