- 1974 Dodge B100 Shorty LRP CONVERSION. This one was parked in 1996-1997 and was on its way to the scrapyard if someone didn’t take it on. Check it out this one owner time capsule!
Man, this is such a cool van! The creative possibilities with these vans are endless. The custom green windows on this one are completely awesome. This van is well worth restoration. Nice score man!
Man, you’re the first person to comment on the windows. I think the windows are one of my if not my favorite part. Before I gutted it, with the mirrored ceiling,
And the mood lighting it had back there it felt like you were under water in some murky river or something. Like if you were in acid, you might freak out in the back of that thing. It’s so rad dude! I’m working a deal on original LRP BUCKET SEATS now. That I found thanks to one of the guys that follows me, super rad dude turning me on to original LRP PARTS. It’s gonna happen, I need winter to go away for I can use my truck and pull it into my garage and start the prep work. The prep work is probably going to take a month alone, but dude, IM GONNA GET BACK ON THE ROAD. I wouldn’t have bought if I wasn’t or to just pass it on. Thanks man! Glad you like the stuff dude, don’t make em like this anymore
LRP was "Leisure and Recreational Products" and was based in Lake Geneva, WI.
I like the ol aluminum slots .that "O" skool.😊
I would work on this Van got great nemories on a van like this one long time ago
I couldn't let it go to rest. Has another life to live. I'm getting it there
Loved the Van era! had a ‘77 Chevy Van! ❤
Glad you’re going to fix this one! It’s too cool not to save it!
It's rough.
Cool as hell but rough
I'm hooked!!! Keep on posting!
Can't wait to see this one come together!
really nice van! hopefully it will stay out of junkyard!
Thank you! Oh it will! It’s safe now!
Awesome channel I've always loved the 70s vans people are going to say stupid sh*t, let em. Can't fix stupid 😂
Thanks a lot man. More to come in this soon. Gonna be getting everything prepped to get in the garage soon, scored some parts for it too.
If I have two shits what other people said to me my entire life id just be another impressionable person walking around with their head up their ass. Most people in this world today are to scared to try something new, too impressionable to think for themselves and would say shit with a mouthful of you told them otherwise, so trust me man, the last thing I’ve ever gave two shits about was what other people said or thought about me.
That being said, I will get this van back in the road. 100%
Thanks again for the kind words man! Take care dude!
Nothing beats a rusty van.
It’s never what you hope for but sometimes what you get. Just gotta clean it up
Gotta save the mural vans of the 70's
Yeah, I think I would be morally bankrupt if I didn’t bring this one back. It’s just 100% there.
Nice bring her back
71-77 Dodge SWB Van is worth every penny you put into it
That’s where I’m at with it man. I can be upset about it or I can just get off my duff and fix it. I’m fixing it. Once the weather breaks, it’s moving into the garage for surgery!
@@EverythingsClassicGarageAll the best to you Bro. I have two of them and aside from Body issues, these Mopar Vans were built to last. My 75 B100 just had it's 318 rebuilt for the first time in 2020. 45 years Bro and it was still chugging along right before it didn't want to go 55 MPH.
I have a 8 3/4, 3.55:1 Sure Grip in my 73 B100 with a J Headed 360 , Headers, Air Gap, Dual Exhaust and it smokes tires.
Best wishes on the Restoration, rebuilding your lucky find.
restore restore
It’s going in the garage soon. It’s gonna happen. I’m committed and motivated. Been collecting parts. Wait till I get my parts all lined up for this thing, TIME CAPSULE
❤
Sweet van man. I have a 78 dodge b100 with a 318. If you can help. I have a leak in my oil pan. Needs a gasket, how do I remove the oil pan? Any suggestions well help thanx and hoe to see your van running
Gone if you don’t have the money
You mean if I don’t have the money to finish it?
@@EverythingsClassicGarage very cool van what I mean it’s going take a lot of money to do so. If you don’t have the money it’s a goner. I had to come to realize this my self on my projects.
never buy without seeing it
I knew it was either going to be really good or really bad. But I’m committed, I have all the right parts for this, even found the original deep, rotating bucket seats from LRP. It’s gonna be a lot of work but it’s gonna be too cool for school when it’s done. Goes in the garage as soon as the weather breaks and my yard drys out
Good luck, the ram vans and ford econolines were so much better than the pathetic eurovans
I'll smoke one witcha bro 😂
Shit, more like 5
