im so confused can someone help me? me and my friend are trying to play unturned together and we want a server just for us. is this the right totural for that? and does it still work? and if i do do it do i have to make like weekly changes or just anything else or can i just go and play?
@@Elbobeberneb Yeah, sorry about that no longer use that site, you can find the script here github.com/LucianDev/LucianDevs-Useful-Scripts/tree/main/SteamCMD%20Scripts
You would need to open up the ports in your router if you are hosting it on your home network. Once you do that it will be public for anyone to be able to join.
@@luciandev alright I portforwarded the port/s, now my friends will just be able to easily find my server in the unturned server browser? and just to clear this up, other tutorials tell me to edit my server file and set the InternetServer LanServer thing to either of those. So for this tutorial, I set it to InternetServer/the name of my server right?
No, you will still need to go into your router and open the ports there if you want people from outside your own network to be able to connection & play.
Depending on which one you are looking for you can find your machine ip by using command prompt and typing in "ipconfig" or if you need your public ip you can just google search "What is my ip address" and it will give you a website showing what your public ip is.
Thank you so much, it worked after opening the ports on the router! :D
how can i change advanced difficulty settings? specifically starting with satellite, compass, and chart, and changing horde beacon drop rate
Hey i already follow your step from start to end and now still cannot join the server help me please
