Is there another resort you like better than this in the same price range?
This was our first time in Cancun so we only know of this one right now. We chose this because we got access to two resorts in one stay so that was great :) we always check out google reviews and ratings whenever we book anything for our trip - hope that helps! :D Prices also would vary based on the time of the year you go.

Did you make reservations with third party or on their website?
We booked a 7 day all-inclusive package with Sunwing. Didn’t face any issues throughout the trip.

Thank you for replying. I was going to make a reservation with a third party, and they said I have to ask front desk if I have access to Royal Solaris. Do we have to go to front desk and get permission if we want to go to Royal Solaris or we can just go and enjoy the pool and restaurants?
No you don’t need permission you can access the restaurants and pools in both resorts. It’s mentioned on their website as well :)
