This is nice to see for me because im probably one of few people that played NCAA Div 1 golf and competed in Strongman and Powerlifting....i played golf at 225lbs then after college competed in lifting at 275lbs 😊👍🏼💪🏼

Hafthor lost so much weight after he announced his retirement , u can see how hard strongmen athletes have to sacrafice .
He has been super cardio training in boxing, endurance like a mad man the last four months!
Absolutely! Being a strongman is no joke, it takes ALOT that's why so few become great in it. It's a healthy decision for him to lose weight and not lift that heavy anymore since it really can take a toll on your body. He's looking healthier and happier rn.
