@ Zelda : when devon came to berlin germany for a couple days having lot of fun as the "king of german table" and a lot more. The advertising for it all in that Diner/Club was with a picture of superman. 😎 no joke. And Devon was the superman for all athletes and friends around at those days.

There's just something so epic about being jacked and wearing a polo shirt to an arm wrestling match.
Back in the early 2000s, there was an arm wrestling fed that required all participants to wear those kinds of shirts. I remember watching one of the tournaments from that fed on ESPN. Ron Bath, John B., and Bagent were all involved. I wish I could remember the name of the event. I think Ron Bath won the thing right hand too.

@@kirkvj8330 Yes I wonder if that's the one I'm thinking of. Wasn't it around 2004? I remember also Jerry Cadorette and Marcio Barbosa were in it. It came down to Brzenk and Bath on the right hand, and Bath took it because Brzenk was coming off a shoulder injury. Bath was also very dominant that year. It was one of the few times I saw Brzenk lose in a tournament style. He's lost tournaments before, but he was on a 20 year winning streak for supermatches.
They need to bring some class to this sport. Make guys arm wrestle wearing tuxedos beneath a massive chandelier in some ballroom somewhere

I love how it's filmed with handheld cameras in the dark
it's actually shot incredibly well, whoever was the camera operator was very smart. Most of the time, non HD video shot in anything but incredibly bright studio light or sunshine would be unwatchable.
The camera person was getting up real close to subjects so that faces filled up the screen, this maximised what resolution the camera had and whatever light was available.
Good quality for such, makes ya wonder how much technology they hold from us, until the right time to make more money off of it. Should be way more progressed in that amount of time. Obviously there's lots of high quality displays out there and cameras but they shouldn't still be thousands of dollars.

thank you Mike...we think we had an impact too! The producers of Games of Arms told us early on that our footage was used to see what the sport was about and helped impact their decisions so we feel confident that is evidence.
Davon's stamina is something beyond pro armwrestling level as well. Out of this world.
Pretty certain there's a video on UA-cam somewhere of him winning an armed forces endurance event, so I think stamina is what he's gifted at
Tbh kt's very rare to see devon gassing, or even looking tired, no matter he win the match or just straight up destroyed, vs denis he didn't gassed , just couldn't do anything against that hand, vs chaffee he win but in a very controversial way, he's soaking wet, that's the only tume i've seen devon really tired
@@edgaralanpoe2808 Devon Gassed vs Michael Todd's Kingsmove in 2015 I believe. Its the only time I've ever seen anyone outlast Devon. Of course Devon improved his tactics greatly and came back to Destroy MMT. I think Devon is still #3 behind Levan and Denis, until Ermes truly proves himself. That would be a legendary match!!!!

Ron bath doesn't look very impressive like some of the bigger guys, but it's amazing how strong he is on the table. His body position and Leverage is incredible
Yup Ron Bath was a legend, truly a master of the sport. Beat many people much bigger than him, except for Brzenk. Until Devon came along.. I think this was the moment Devon took top spot in NA, and he honestly still has it until someone proves otherwise.
