    Episode 37: ‘AGILITY DRILL #1’
    Focuses: Footwork, Speed, Agility, Cardio
    Ever wanted to know what makes a Pro Wrestler 'crisp' in the ring? Footwork and agility is key! This is one of the first footwork/agility drills I ever learnt and still to this day, one of the most effective.
    Using a skipping rope as a guide, aim to complete these 3 sequences without touching the rope. You can change the height that the skipping rope is held for a greater challenge. Hit 2 to 3 total sets in your warm-ups.

    10x Front-To-Backs
    10x Jump-And-Slides
