I will take the Hobie over the Slayer 10 any day. The Slayer bothered my knees and hips. I needed seat risers to feel comfortable but any trip over 2 miles killed my hips. I am 5’6”. Hobie is way faster and much easier peddling. If I ever leave my 2019 OutBack it will be for a Blu Sky 360 with a motor or a boat, maybe a Jackson Big Rig HD and trailer. Nothing in my opinion beats the speed and ease of the Hobie drive.
