you can try to remove the plant entirely from the soil and cut away the par that has rot. Allow the plant to heal over and callus for about 3 days. Do not worry about it drying out After it has callused up, you can try to replant it,
Hi, enjoyed your video. My question is, is there an fertilizer or Sea Weed extract given to germinated seeds? Mine have 2 leaves in peat moss and sand, I don't know whether to I to feed them.
you dont need to fertilize seeds to germinate they have all the nutrients needed inside the seed. In fact fertilizer can impede the germination process. For you leaves in peat moss, just keep the moss damp not soaking wet in sunlight area , but not direct sunlight. Do not let it dry out, place a dome lid with a little ventilation.

Most welcome
Thanks!
thank you so much!
Awesome video I needed that!! Mine are approximately 2- 21/2 months old….still a narrow caudex.
i know,, they do take a while to develop the fat caudex.
Can I use 13-13-13 fertilizer?
yes but only about once every 6 months
How often do you water the new seedlings/plants prior to the 2 month transplant? Thank you
depends on the type of potting mix you are using. Never over water them just lightly as needed. They will begin to store water even as seedlings.
Thank you for your video...do you keep them on the heating mat for the first 2 months?
you can, but after they germinate you can take them off the heating pad
Great training video! You transfered the seedling at 2 months, after that when is it recommended again? Tks. great job
yes.. keep moving up as the caudex increases and pull the soil away from the roots to give it that Bonsai look
Can you repot with a seed pod on?
if it is biodegradable, yes, plastic, no.
What do you do when you do have root rot ?? Thank you enjoy your videos

Where do you keep the tray of seeds after planted?
use a heat mat set at 70-75F and light isnt necessay for germination
What does the mint powder do?
will keep away some pests like spider mites
What do you do when you move with them -how do you move with them?

How long Desert Rose From seed to Bloom?
about 2 years
Do you soak your seeds for 24 hours before you plant them
12 to 24 is good for seeds with hard shells other seeds 1 to 2 hours
