@9to5Toys Is there even ONE HDR1000+ ultrawide oled monitor (yes, olde) that has that kind of specs BUT doesn't use a GBR subpixel (instead of a "normal" RGB subpixel)? I'm trying very hard to find a great ultrawide HDR monitor that has ALL the bells and whistles, in a 34-35" size, and I can't seem to find one. I saw that most, if not all, of the oled monitors are usign a GBR subpixel, which makes it hard to read text (!), so I guess the second best thing would have to be a mini led VA monitor, right?
I have the alienware aw3423dwf which is an oled. Is very difficult now to go back to led monitors due to ink deep blacks. But as you said in the video, for somebody that uses the monitor for productivity and specially in bright environments, oled is not ideal. I use my oled in a dark environment because I don't like any light reflexes not even a tiny one that would take the experience away and also because my monitor does not have any anti-glare coating. I don't like antiglare coatings because it actually makes the image quality not as good as not using any coating. Mine has 1000 nits and is more then enough brightness for me. Sometimes, I even use the hdr 400 true black mode and still got good brightness. But the problem is that I don't use this oled monitor for productivity or browsing because of the infamous oled burn in issue. I have a separate monitor for that. Thanks for the videos!
It’s better than oled mini LED is better
does it have the same strange sub pixel issues with text as the OLED versions?

Lol its not a problem at all, just nitpicking, for a gamer it's non issue
