I sometimes think that the ideas and research on running a successful business, kindness, transparency, honesty… following through with your promise. So if you ask for a person’s email in exchange for “this/that” then whatever you expected to receive isn't at all what you gave away your email for. I also have a HUGE problem with apps or product reviews when you read the reviews for one app or w/e, there is a clear pain point, and yet the creator could not be bothered to respond! More than not, this is the case!
