Hey guys, nice setup! I've been looking at that exact model trailer, and I want to use my F350 SRW. But everybody tells me I'll need a dually. Rather not.. How has your experience been, towing that trailer with that truck?.. Thanks guys!
Haaahaahhaa.... "for the jacuzzi" must be on the roof with awezome view....lol. How did the super duty pulled that beast? Wife and i are planning to snag one of this MO 399th in the next few months to be paired with our current 2017 super duty diesel srw shortbed. We realy like this layout as we work and live on the road majority of the year. Thank you in advance. Safe travels and happy trails.
It pulls pretty good. A dialog would feel safer but the SRW does the job. Sway is my main concern. My camper weighs 16,600 empty. As far as speed the truck will get up and do 85 mph no problem with the camper.
Big Momentums, as stated by MANY professional owners and UA-camrs like JD from Big Truck Big RV, are DUALLY territory. Too many people focus on "if the truck will pull it" and not the fact that the truck is being overloaded "payload wise" as well as your single axle load limits. The Big Mo's easily top 3800-4000lbs pin weight when loaded down, which is why a dually is needed, to handle the weight as we as CONTROLLING the load by keeping it more stable from lateral movement going down the highway.
Yes I concur. After watching this video, I had this idea to pull this exact trailer with my 2017 Ford f350 srw diesel. After analyzing everything and a subscriber of BTBRV, my wife and I decided to go big as we are fulltimers (for the past six years and counting) so we said goodbye to the ford and said hello to our new 2023 Ram 3500 Dually high output diesel that will pull upto 32,000lbs gooseneck/5th wheel. Thank you for the reminder! Stay safe and safe travels.🤠 @@AmJaxineer
When I see your trucks around, I always tell my wife I watch him on UA-cam, and he's a great guy!
I just stumbled across your video when searching for this model. Nice video! You and your wife are a hoot!

Was this your 1st 5th wheel?
nice setup
Which campground?
$130k and no full paint ? You got taken to the cleaners !
Very nice. And very cool.
If I was towing a 399 around with a SRW, I wouldn't want to be on camera either.
😀 I thought that also. Definitely dually needed to tow this beast safely.
Can’t hide money!!! Just teasing man that thing is nice.
Good for u 🙏
Boy have they have changed
