- On the 13th June 2016 I ran the Norfolk 100K, my 25th marathon for Mind since January 2015.
At 65 miles it would be the furthest I had ever ran. Confidence was at an all time low going into the race and anxiety had begun to consume me.
The race that followed was physically and mentally the toughest challenge that I have ever faced.

Things you don't want to hear from your running buddy, 60 miles into a race: "Where the feck are we?" 😁 Great video mate. I'm very late watching it but will sub in case you're still recording events like this. Well done on the race! :)

Thanks Giles. After suffering through the shingle in 2015 I was still mad enough to do it again this year, it didn't get any easier.

Hi, it went well thanks. I recognised some the landmarks that you filmed (the caravan and bus). Such a hot day though! It was my first ultra and I'm pleased to say that I completed it, but not until it had gone dark.
