its a beast of a flame , nice video very funny guy, its not often that you see a oil pressure pump in those waste oil burners, looks like clean burn is making it a little bit different, also the sparks are constantly working thats also different.

You're a monster. Perchance, I was looking into these and here it happens that you have one.

Those used oil fumes are called carbon monoxide. I think you inhaled a bunch while you had that flame blasting out, because you were stumbling pretty good after you tuned that fan on. That was awesome!!! Thanks for the show.

LOL, yeah definitely good amount of carbon monoxide and cancer-causing oil Vapors. I tried to not really breathe any of it. But you know, oh well. I'm sure I'll get cancer from all the stupid things I've done in my life.

If you want it to run continuously you can just take a jumper wire and jump across the two thermostat screws

I maintain 2 of these damn things at my customers transmission shop (you can see his shop in the clip of the ball joint failure) what a pain in the ass.

Yeah I agree with you! I plan on doing another video of the most common items that need maintenance and attention. Definitely vacuuming it out and cleaning out the oil preheat. Gets all gummed up!

@know non sense. Is it a bad idea to flush a transmission on a vehicle that has high milage? I was told it can damage it. I also know a guy whom it happened too. At 90k or so. When should you flush a transmission. I saw a video you did awhile back on useing a oil dipstick to check fluid level but couldn't find info on transmission flushes.

Seems like everybody has a different opinion on this one. I personally think that automatic transmission fluid should be changed every fifty or sixty Thousand Miles by just doing a "spill and fill" which on most Transmissions only swaps out about half of the fluid or so. This basically just replenishes the life of the fluid. And of course if it's equipped with a filter change that as well. Not a big fan of hooking them up to a flush machine and putting all new fluid in the transmission since I have also personally see it cause some issues in the past on higher mileage cars. Hope this helps and thanks for stopping by

I ask myself is there not much toxic components in motor oil? special the modern chemical version, does these burn completely otherwise toxic fumes get to nabures.
