Great video, thanks. Are the power and brush switches the same part number? I replaced the power switch and tested that both worked before reassembling. After reassembling, the brush would not power on. I took it apart to check connections, etc. but the brush switch still doesn’t work. I’m guessing that switch needs to be replaced.

Hi do you have any videos on how to change the wiring on dyson dc-40, like the yoke cable?

I do not. That is an annoying repair though! If I happen across one that needs to be done I’ll be sure to record and upload. Don’t see that issue very often though.

Thanks, my brush won’t spin I took apart and cleaned and changed switch, now the wire is another option I found online
