Thanks Neil, for shooting this so well and posting for all to see..Lovely memories of old WAGR, and so well modeled, accurate detail, scale , proportion is so well done ! Your lens has such great clarity you feel like you are trackside ! Thanks for taking us there...
My grandfather worked for WAGR as a Guard, on the Steam Trains He lived walking distance of the East Guildford Railway Station in Turton Street East Guildford.
The depth of field on the layout shots is excellent. What camera was used please? Also the speed of the trains looked right, not the slot car speeds seen on many layouts.
I put it up on the BIG screen last night, and it was a delight to watch. If it wasn't for the Boofheads looking over the back board, you would swear you were standing on the station. The Garrett looked great. 😊 Thanks Neil.
It was worth it,looks great.
1:42 ah, the memories 👍👍👍

The footage was shot on a Sony HandyCam HDR - CX625 - ah there was the occasional slot car driver as is often the case🙄
@@neilblinco1213 haha, must have missed them, thanks Neil

Thanks Bryan - this layout is modeled in Sn 3.5 scale. 1:64
Most kind Neil for the speedy reply. May all your modelling successes be "S" scale ones ?@@neilblinco1213
