I'm new to mountain biking this season and on the trailfork app it shows wow as a blue. Do you feel this to be true? Don't want to do something I'm not ready for.
Yes. I agree with its blue rating. Mostly I think it deserves that rating due to the amount of exposure and overall physicality of the trail. From a terrain perspective, I'd call it more of an advanced beginner. Which means, that even an advanced beginner would have a lot of fun on this if they weren't too distracted by the exposure. Overall, I find that the Park City and surrounding area trails are all well marked for their difficulty.
That place looks amazing! would love to ride there! Also, I can see it was a beautiful day. curious...I'm new to the channel...but, are you on an e-bike?
Trail Lady MTB I just picked up an e-bike last month due to a recurring hip injury that has heavily impacted my riding lately. None of my videos have included e-bikes so far. Personally, I don’t get the controversy but I do get that it exists. I’m considering how I might integrate e-biking into the channel in a way that is useful and respectful to both groups. Probably, it will take the form of e-bike specific content.
@@outofshapemountainbikersne4243 I think that is a good idea. I've been on some trails here in California that dont allow the E-bikes. But I dont think that should discourage their use. Maybe rules will change as time goes on.
@@trailladymtb7700 IMO, the rules will change. Right now, it's nearly impossible to ride an e-mtb on trails without breaking some kind of rule. This is much how it was for all of mountain biking in the 80s, as the other trail users were horrified by the sudden presence of bikes where they had never been. As the biking base grew, the rules (and acceptance) changed. That said, I'm doing my best to be sensitive by not riding my e-mtb on high-traffic, local trails.
I don't live in this area so I have no idea. But when I've visited it seemed like a really nice place. Inexpensive, beautiful, easy access to insane mountain biking trails, super close to Park City, but also kind of a sleepy rural farm town. You'll want to own a truck or a tractor to fit in well.
That looks awesome, even if only for the scenery! Thanks dude!
Matt Anders thx! The biggest challenge on this one is keeping your eyes on the trail.

great thank you brother
You need a bell.
I have a bell. I don’t shoot rides with a bell because that’s obnoxious. Plus, you can’t exactly hear how loud my hubs are in video. :)
