with a vacuum tube it's super easy, you need at least a GU50 tube (i suggest a pentode), use a base fed setup... with a MOSFET it's kinda a bit more complicated, you can look for schematics that use a variable capacitor (not being fixed helps a lot), but you need a bunch of things (good mosfets(s), mica capacitor(s)) and the variable cap can't be a whatever one, it must be pretty badass... with BJTs i believe it's even more complicated cos you need it to work perfectly and the result is puny
