Thankyou Colette for another interesting video. You mentioned a presence that you experienced and im reminded of what someone said, that they exist between earth and sky. Also, about medication yes people are finding out. Thankyou again!
I agree 100% with your Granny...It's not the dead you need fear, but the living! Our energies roll & shift into what The Mother needs. We are part of her & always will be. Once again, many Blessings & a BIG thank you for sharing Beltaine Cottage with us all!
Colette talks me off the ledge with regularity. This older vid is just what the doctor ordered today, and every day, for calming and regulating of the heart and soul.
Hi..i just found this one today...you are so funny in this one..not sure how I missed this one but anyway..it nice to see the difference in the garden...with today..and also see Jack again...bless him. Beautiful boy. 😊
just discovering myself.. how odd.. thought I had seen them all...lovely to see Jack and hear about Sammy Bear... and how this land speaks to Colette...the Stone Circle has the arches.. and hear of all the presences Jack ringing the chimes...
I so love the gentle waking up that happens listening to the sound of your voice and the little sounds around you as you talk to all of us. What a wonderful gift you give us. Everything is so beautiful there. It really is a haven from the world. I think your Mother is so interesting and unique. The things you both say seem very valuable to me. Jack is just in his element running all around and smelling everything. I love the wind chimes. I love that the little robins have made their home there. The combination of caffeine and aspirin has been used for a hundred years to cure a headache. In fact the pharmaceutical companies put powdered caffeine mixed with powdered aspirin as a headache remedy. One is sold as BC headache powder and another is goodies headache powder. I think your way is best. I have been ill for 8 years now so I know way to much about medicine. I think the ones I take are more dangerous than street drugs. Yours is the best medicine my dear. A walk and talk in your beautiful garden. Thanks again for the lovely start to my day.💖
A lovely morning walk with a friend. You are so lucky to have siblings. I never minded when I was young as I had sweet friends. It is hard to believe they have all gone now. Living only into 40s,50s and 60s. To have a brother must be wonderful.
Enjoyed watching your video after sitting down with a fresh pot of Roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, pumpkin soup!! Totally agree regarding pharmaceuticals....
Collette, This video reminded me of a poem a dear friend wrote for me & I feel it is for you too..."Hail sister of the tump (cairn/burial mound)..where 3 be the number of Ash tree there & there be a riddle..a riddle of the ages long forgot, a riddle of time & time again..The faint voices call from the misty past; those ancient folk, those mothers of our mothers & fathers of our fathers & others...fearful..lest their voices be heard no more..WE WHO CHOOSE to listen are like the valley of echoes to reverberate those ever fainter voices..so that they be not forgotten..EVER... I'm sure your mom had a wee bit of fae in her :) hugs
Even in the cool and wet, the colours are so bright. Thank you for reminding us of the beauty around us. So so calming in the quietness which is so rare these days. Blessings to you all 🙏
It is a lovely cloudy morning here in North Texas. Just a little cool breeze. I so love this type of morning. Seeing the lovely little pink rose reminded me of one morning this past week, as I sat on my back porch, I noticed a big fat luscious purple bloom on the Chase tree. I thought it had bloomed its last because of the leaves turning color and dropping. It was such a surprise and as I looked at it and the yellow butterfly tasting its nectar I thought this is it's final kiss to me before going to sleep. Love this video Colette. Many Blessings!!! JC xoxo
Another fine learning/teaching meander today! I love hearing your philosophies on all topics, passing on what has been passed on to you by generations long gone. It is remarkable to me, that things which I do now in my mid 50's, are the rituals that link me to the people that were part of my childhood. Those things which I scoffed at in my youth, are now precious, and performed with reverence and love. I've heard it said that youth is wasted on the young...maybe.
Have you ever thought to do a clearing on your land? To give the souls the opportunity to go into the light? A shaman has done that for me and the souls are always very thankful for this.
Thank you Colette for the beautiful walk around the gardens and the interesting talk , yes you certainly covered a lot of topics today , brilliant . It was lovely to see Jack happy as usual bless him . Enjoy your day with your brother tomorrow . Blessings xxxx
and a beautiful coherent thought it is. It's wonderful to have someone (your brother) who connects with the earth, your surroundings, the land and the lives lived there long ago. The land where I have lived since 1989 has an interesting history and carries many stories and 'secrets' that come alive during my walks in the woods. I'm grateful for these moments of revelation. Thank you for sharing!
HI Collette, I am so enjoying listening to and watching your videos. We must be from the same mould, as you speak the words from my hear. Keep planting and sharing your wisdom xx Blessings to you Jack and the pussies x
Everything has a reason. A project like this one has deep deep significants. I think you honor the people who have lived birthed and died on the land beneth your feet with your dedication to the mother earth. And to think how lovely it would be to be burried under a garden. Personally it's how I would love to rest my bones.
p.s. My dad would say the same thing abt the dead, it;s the living that will hurt you, lol..He also used words like shenanigans, malarky.I grew up on 5 acres with woods & creek in the back & we also had quarterhorses to ride..Wonderful memories..
Oh you are so funny, with your coffee, not coffin, haha..beautiful colors and I can imagine the great smells of wet leaves ..yes you making lotst of sense. .The whole world is gone bonkers...and yes drugs..medical and coffees and I still love listening to you..you so calming..never mind coffee making you agitated. .Jack is the best. My old irish friend was telling me very much the same things you are saying . Thank you. Blessings
I thoroughly enjoyed this video this morning Colette. Listening just before I go off to work. Living on your land would be so inspiring and magical every day, its history is so very special, sacred and unique. Your books arrived last week and they are brilliant. Thank-you for all you are doing. I have Irish heritage so I need to explore much family history from my aunts and my Mum. My grandfathers name is Cleary. I'm thrilled to have Irish ancestors. Love from Australia :-)
Good Morning from Vermont. Blustery and snow flurries here! So nice to walk w/ you this morning after being outside stacking wood and emptying compost bucket - even the dogs wanted in by the fire! Speaking of dogs that Jack was so cute running a lap around the house. My Josie does that! Love your little talks no matter what direction they take - like chatting with an old friend. Blessings!
Hi Colette, what a treat to find this video just before I go to sleep. It's Friday night in Australia of course and where I am, on the Far South Coast of New South Wales we have had lots of falls of good soaking rain, always a gift in this land of drought. But how I am going to sleep after listening to what you said, is beyond me. My head is filled with the 'rightness' of what you say, all of it from the presence in the poly tunnel to the addictions running rife in our society, I know these things to be true too. My mind wants to mull over all you have said and I can see a long night ahead. But that's ok. As an elderly retired woman I have time to myself now so I too, can plan for a sleep in tomorrow morning with my bad boy cat Kismet. At least while he is sleeping in my bed the lizards and moths and daddy long leg spiders that he supplements his (generous) diet with, are safe. Thank you again for these wonderful meanders through Mother Earth, as one of your many subscribers who can no longer walk, these wanders are precious beyond words. I can almost smell the damp, fertile earth...and your coffee! Many blessings.
Good morning from California💝. So good to see you and Jack happy in the gardens. Love your musings on the energies of the Land. Fits the 13 moon affirmation today, which is: pulse in order to reflect, realizing order. Seal the endlessness with the tone of intention, guided by the power of timelessness. Blessed be.
Ms Colette, your garden just loves you. Beautiful rose. Off to bank, off to work and tomorrow I place my very first order! I’m so excited!!!!!!! Yah me. 😂🐕🌳🐆
Fascinating to hear about the burial mounds, if it's in your neighbors land they may want to try one of those machines that images what's in the ground. Also, hope your brother is feeling better! Part of the reason antibiotics are less effective is because of the scale they are used in industrial farming--pigs, cows, chickens, etc... all have antibiotics fed to them. That and overuse by the medical profession. Lastly people not taking the prescribed dosage, stopping after they feel better rather than taking the full amount. Even TB is making a comeback.
Your comment makes no sense as a response, please reread carefully. Over use of antibiotics has been written up in medical journals for over a decade, as well as some patients not finishing their medicine. Also the over use of medicine in animal agriculture. Lastly, no one said eliminate them, just there are reasons for them becoming less effective and strains of bacteria becoming resistant.
I think you're right, it was drilled in us for so long I forgot new studies were recommending that's it's ok to stop when feeling better due to the possibility of flora in our skin and body being negatively affected.
Oh I do love the wind, water spelling down you rocks.on it's way to pond.tell Jack I love him jinging the bells.love them so.love The Lady of the Trees.💋💥💫🦴🦴
Ooh I would love to see what you found. The ancient dead and their lives are fascinating. The stone circle has a drawing to it that emanates from your videos alone. Beautiful just beautiful. Not only the keeper of the land but keeper of the spirits past. Blessings xx P.s. healing thoughts for your brother x
What was the object that you found whilst planting a tree that you took a photo of Colette? You said you would look for the photo which was on a USB stick and then post the link for it, but you haven’t. It sounded like you found a archaeological object of interest. What was it, I’m so curious.🤔
Lovely to see the garden! We ( in parts of Ontario Canada) had a might dip to -10C last weekend and none of the plants had a chance to draw down their sap. One can only hope t this point that they recover next year. Even my kale has gone limp!
I would be very interested to read about what you uncover in regard to the history of Bealtaine and surrounding land. I also agree with your Gran, the living are the ones we need to be careful of, not the dead! My partner is from New Zealand and I have seen hills that look like burial mounds there too. There is archaelogical evidence that indicates that the Celts were living in New Zealand before the time of British invasion. Blessings dear Colette xx
I bought some remnant type of raw wool scraps online. They will be arriving soon. I'm going to try to mulch the way you do. Would love to see more about it sometime on your channel as you sort yours out! :)
I've read that big pharma is now bigger than big oil. I have autoimmune disease and I didn't have antibiotics as a child. There are all kinds of antibiotics in conventional meat. We need to introduce you to a label - making program.
Actually, I've heard that some of the experiences people have when they feel threatened in spaces they think are haunted can also just be symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning - usually it plays tricks on the mind, makes you feel like you're being watched, like there's a hand pressing on your lungs, that sort of thing. So that wouldn't be projection! Probably something to check out if people feel that way. Also, even if energy isn't created or destroyed, it can sometimes go other places. Just because we live in a biosphere doesn't mean there aren't other dimensions out there that are also part of nature, in their own way...? Just a thought. Interesting about Maeve's burial though... and definitely tell us if you discover more about the hill!
I'm from Oregon (USA) and they have legalized cannabis. I have mixed feelings. I'm in support of the medicinal proponents of it but not the recreational use to get high. To me that's just another drug with a host of issues. I agree pharmaceuticals can be misused and the big drug companies have no guilt for the damage done.
Thankyou Colette for another interesting video. You mentioned a presence that you experienced and im reminded of what someone said, that they exist between earth and sky. Also, about medication yes people are finding out. Thankyou again!
It’s just amazing what you done with your wonderful home acreage
So calming to hear you talk🙏🏾
Love you, Collette. Your videos are my safe space. You're special.

MY GRANDMOTHER, TOO, HAD THE SAME SAYING. I AM SO ENJOYING GOING THROUGH YOUR EARLIER POD CASTS, SUCH A WISE SOUL.
Thanks to you, I finally found the patience to repair 2sets of wind chimes. This seemed like the perfect video to tell you on.😀
You're welcome!

It is a mammoth task to watch all the videos. I’m getting there, though. I like to watch while I plant up, plant on, plant, plant, plant!

I wonder if the wall is an entrance to an underground dwelling.
Wonderful walk, TY. And thank you for that peek into the southern landscape. Intriguing spot.
