I think the idea of this thing is super funny but imagine how scary Regidrago can be with this. Anyway, another deck that can do something like this and is very funny is Kingdra EX. So if you didn't know, Kingdra can, for 1 Water energy, pull up to three Water Pokemon from your discard pile similar to a Lugia VStar regardless of if they are evolved or not. So imagine you toss a Baxcalibur in there along with something like Caracosta and other things to set up this ridiculous board of Water Pokemon. He can even toss another copy of himself bringing out multiple Kingdra that are not only immune to Devolution, but ready to go with a single evolution. It's kinda nutty.
have you seen the japanese decklist on twitter where the tatsugiri functions to flood the bench with stage 2s like pidgeot ex/togekiss/hydreigon ex? seems to brick here and there but the vision is definitely there ☠
