Dear Paul, watching and listening you is like watching the impossible unfolding before me. Thank you for the dedication you have devoted to your music for our listening pleasure
Dear Paul, I am a profi organist myself but what you perform hear is superb. Your technique is outstanding. I am a European and very fond of our west -European culture, in particular music. I am wondering, do you play also the great works of L. Vierne and Max Reger? This piece is of course very nice but beyond this there are the real organ pieces. Be proud of yourself in the good sense.
Yes, he does. I've heard him a number of times. He also played the complete Bach organ works in one long concert (there were breaks). He did it twice !!! His concert schedule is on his web page.
THIS BEAUTIFUL HYMN OF AMERICA CAN PERFORM ONLY ONE ARTIST ORGANIST WHO RECEIVED A GRAMMY CALLED PAUL JACOBS. WE ARE SO HONORED TO KNOW YOU. WOWWW YOU HAVE TOUCHED SOULS AND HEARTS WITH YOUR MAGIC HANDS AND FEET. GOD BLESS YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS
Bravo, Professor Jacobs. I'd like to hear you play Deux Esquisses by Dupre. I have heard numerous organist perform no. 2 in b-flat minor so fast that you can't even follow it. The score is marked "Deciso", not Presto or Allegro Vivace. They are not being very "decisive" when they scurry as fast as they can from one section to another, like a scared rabbit, and then having to stop and catch their breath by adding fermatas that aren't in the score. I say all this because I believe that your superb ability to convey the true idea of any composition would prevail.

Thank you, Don!
Wish I could add a like to this video about 10K times. So gorgeous
I love this! At last, an organist who has a feel for the music instead of just playing notes as fast as he can.
Can Never Get Enough Of Paul Jacobs. It's A Good Addiction Organ Music Is.
This is the most musically logical and cohesive performance of this piece I've ever heard.
PAUL IS ONE OF THE GREATIST ORGANIST IN OUR TIME.
Got goosebumps at the end, and then tears. Jeez, what an awesome rendition of our anthem. Bravo!
Amazing pedal work!! ❤
Bravo. The greatest organist in the world!
Absolutely incredible wow.
Rock on!
Expected nothing less from the Maestro!
Grazie per queste perle musicali. Tanti cari saluti Maestro.
